I lost my GBA to mom and GC to dad. scream [rant] (I should really stop... =_= *Is annoyed with self and the bigger part of the world*) He's as insane to tell me to not plug my GC to the new plasma TV, while letting mom watch DVDs on it. I seriously almost laughed in his face; He actually led himself to believe that a GC can be harmful to the TV while the DVD is safe? I might not know much, but... I don't see the logic. At All. He told me to go buy a new TV for 100$ to play on. I'm not wasting 100$ on a new TINY TV while we have a plasma. He even told me he told his colleagues at work that "How silly my daughter wants to plug her game machine(He doesn't know what a PS or GC is. I don't need to ask to know.) to the plasma TV". He told me that his colleagues laughed. I bet it was either they laughed 'cause a girl played games(*shrug* it happens, I don't know manyany girls in my real life entourage that plays [the] games [I do]), or simply because no parent with proper wit would tell something so insignificant and stupid as "We have a new plasma TV, can you believe that my daughter tried to play her game machine on it?" to his colleagues at work. neutral [/rant]

Gambeboy SP. Mom was boiling mad and stopped giving me my allowance when I bought my GBA years ago, and now I do regret not having gotten a SP, just because of the GODLY NIGHTLIGHT. gonk But I only have like 1 game anyway, seems like I have that Super Mario world 2 forever. Got some pokemon games, but I really don't spent money on games. My GC with Pokemon XD had to be my biggest investment up to date. ._.;; I even bought ToS without my parents knowing, and they never cared and knew. Or if they did, they never made me know.

I used to download manga scans, but no anime since I never got around to know how to work Torrent. Plus, our computer got REALLY screwed a while back because each month, we'd pass our 2GB limit of max download of our internet services and naturally, dad blamed me. Apart for some anime songs from time to time, my downloads were small and few, not even supposed to pass 1GB. In the world of advanced technology of today, we call the cause a TROJAN, and while I'm not 100% sure of what it does, I do know that it makes it possible for other people to download using your computer. Dad would have none of that, and threathened many times to cut my internet access. It's been fixed now, but I never really downloaded anymore, since there isn't that much of a need to begin with. >__>;

Really, now? I use my GC on our plasma from time to time, and it does nothing.

Anyway, it seems like everyone's having a crappy time with electronics lately XD

Nah, while that might be true, my dad would never be intelligent enough to go read the manual and point the line out to me to prove me wrong (in which case I would gladly concede). He simply says no because he's convinced that it was my plugging the GC to the old TV with the big behind that caused it to lose its sound. That's his problems; he makes up stuff on his own and believes them. That's like, even worse than the way how discrimination of Half-Elves was spread in Tethe'Alla!! DDD:

We only have one TV, and it's the plasma right now. D: Someone need to tell me the difference of the LINK between a DVD player or a GC to a TV. gonk

Electronics are cool, but unreliable OR EDIT, JUST NOT SAFE. Even my friend's TV got screwed 2 weeks ago; the image would be blurry and flash up and down on the screen, and then simply go black. She's convinced that it's a mass TV suicide conspiracy, since both of our TVs, and both 8 years old of age, died the same week. D:
