Use Trillian?
Unless you want to use the webcam features, then you should probably stick with MSN. sweatdrop

Nah, it's my sister's laptop. I have msn already on mine--- but the twins are watching D.Gray-Man on it, so I'm on hers x___X;;
She hadn't installed msn yet T^T

 [Edit] I'd say go with Trillian. It supports multiple messengers (AIM, YIM, MSN, etc.) and doesn't install additional shovelware, if you just need a messenger.

Silver - Excellent! After the battery finally died, it was perfectly fine. Go figure =/
Rage - Nah. I hardly ever use aim/yim myself and my sister only uses msn. (+ webcam)
