If your barbecue grill is seasoned correctly, all of the paint has burned off long, long ago....but I have some extra grease from the hamburgers & bratwursts we had on Father's Day.

I've heard of grilling vegetables. Sounds like a good idea to me...as long as they are next to a steak.
Can you grill tofu?

And you can grill up a portobella mushroom like a steak. 'Course, I ate tofu and drank rice and/or soy milk and other various things before I became a vegetarian. Really, it was only a matter of time.

OOOhhhhh.....portobella mushrooms! On the grill, brushed lightly with olive oil and kosher salt....yummy! OK, that's one vegetable that I can have without a steak.
