 While Graphophobia and I co-own Xian, the official rights are as followed: Graph: Full roleplay rights to Xian.
Decision rights when it comes to breeding partners, mates, sexuality, anything.
First basket in the event of a breeding.
Third basket in the event of a third breeding. Meeki: Sig rights.
Second basket in the event of a second breeding.

She is not allowed to do RP's or Breedings.
Should this ever change. I will amend it here.
The ONLY right Fantome has to Spike, is the right to display him in her siggy<3

 Rein~Carnation and I co-own Spyro. Samus x has full RP and Sig rights Rein has Sig and OOC rp rights and any major things such as plots/mates/breedings/ Etc... shall be discused between the both of us.

Sangra is now co-owned with Mouselet. -Mouselet has RP rights to Sangra -Mouselet has rights to Sangra's first shell (basket). Permission is not needed from my end for Sangra's first breeding, though I would prefer being informed of her entering a breeding raffle, should she choose to. Her second and third breeding will be discussed between both of us, concerning mates and shell ownership. -We both have sig rights.

 Co-Ownership Agreement between Mia and Kazkitty for TakodaDisplay, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability although I will never do it lol - Kazkitty has full IC roleplaying rights - Kazkitty has the right to enter Takoda into RP contests and events as she sees fit Breeding- Kazkitty has "full control" of breeding with Takoda as long as she is not whored out of course ^.^ She does not need permission from Mia to enter breeding events, and she may choose breeding partner The breeding will not count towards the Mia's breeding limitations, unless its the 2nd breeding in which Mia will claim a basket but 1st and 3rd breeding Mia will not have a say and not claim a basket. This will be fully under Kazkitty's control. smile - Lifemating decisions will be left to Kazkitty's discretion and decision. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Mia nor Kazkitty can transfer ownership of Takoda to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner.

Co-Ownership for Qadir
Kiza's Rights
• Kiza gets full rp rights, IC and OOC.
• Kiza gets sig/teepee rights.
• Kiza will get the first basket from Qadir's breeding.
• Full breeding rights of Qadir, but is required to update `raze on any of his relationships. He is NOT to be used as a breedwhore pet.
Raze's Rights
• Raze gets teepee/sig rights.
• Raze gets a basket from Qadir's second breeding.
• Raze has a say on who Qadir mates with.
Breeding Rights
• If there is a third breeding, Raze and Kiza will discuss the placement on the basket.
• If there is a third basket in Qadir's 1st breeding, and the other owner agrees, it will go to Raze.
• If there is a third basket in Qadir's 2nd breeding, and if the other owner agrees, Kiza will get the basket.
• If there is a third basket in Qadir's 3rd breeding, and if the owner agrees, whomever did not get a basket will receive it.
Ownership
• Neither `raze or kizamaji is elgible to take the other off without legit cause.
• If kizamaji does not want to co-own Qadir, full rights return to `raze.
• If `raze does not want to co-own Qadir, full-rights go to kizamaji.

Tsunake has deciding rights to Nemesis's future romances or breeding partners. All I ask is to be kept updated on it.
Tsunake gets the first breeding basket and third breeding basket from Nemesis. I get the basket from the second breeding.
I have sig rights of the pet. However, in the event of Tsunake losing interest or leaving Gaia (hiatus's are fine), full rights revert back to me so that I may find Nemesis a new home.
