I'm gonna help! Aedus frowned confused flitterrats?? Well that certainly wasn't what he was figuring would be in the hallway, he chuckled and put his hand out for one to come to him if it wanted to. Then he turned to Niamh and smiled "Well that was anticlimactic." Then he turned to heard that a freshling was missing. What the hell how did a kid even get out of the bunker?? Did they just now sneak out when they opened the door? Did they not come down to the bunker when everyone else did?? Aedus shook his head and said "I'll help search the school for them. Niamh do you want to stick with me or stay and help look after the other kids?" Aedus asked Nia.

I'm gonna help! Coco couldn't think of staying behind if there was a freshling out there somewhere afraid "Umm I want to help look if that's ok.." She said looking at Vanna, Kingston and Eilwen. She didn't want to stay in the bunker, especially if Vanna and Kingston were going to go look for the kind while she waited with the kids and the sick in the bunker. She hoped they would want to go, since Coco didn't really want to go without them either, she would be between a rock and a hard place if they didn't want to go look for the missing kid.

Staying Behind
Foras was definitely not happy about them opening that door either. The flickering of lights along Gany also made him feel even worse about it. It just didn't make any sense to open those doors when they were the only entrance into the bunker. Something could be waiting right outside to get in. He moved to stand on the other side of Gany when the door was opened and he braced himself for whatever might come in.
Should he be relieved that it was just a pack of flitterrats? If anything he was just agitated and on edge more than he had been before. "It wasn't attackers this time, but they won't be that lucky forever...." The familiars were probably moving further down in order to get away from something that was out there! Couldn't they see that? And then, to make matters worse a child was missing, presumable outside in the school somewhere. Now that was a real search party being formed, but he was sure there would be more than enough to go out and look for the kid. He didn't want to be selfish, but he was more concerned about his own life and Gany's to risk it looking for a child. He felt bad for the kid and hoped they'd be found safe, but he wasn't will to leave the bunker for it. Surely there would be plenty of volunteers.
Besides, some people needed to stay behind in case those bitten turned on them. Yeah, that's what he'd tell himself. "I still think we should stay in here...." If the door hadn't been opened in the first place, they wouldn't have a missing child on their hands....

Staying Behind
They really opened the door. Seriously. They were going to get everyone killed. Who cares that it was just a bunch of flitterats! (Even Gany couldn't bring himself to care that much about them, and he loved flitterats.) "Yeah, no, next time we're gonna get something nasty." He snorted, folding his arms indignantly as he watched the group gathering for yet another door opening. Honestly. It was like watching them sign up to go die, or something.
"Hell no. We're not going out there." Gany almost sounded like he was snapping- and he seemed to realize it and shot Foras an apologetic look. "They've got enough idiots gathering to do it anyway." Honestly, what kid would sneak out of a bunker they'd all been brought into for safety? Clearly not a kid that was going to be easy to find, nor worth the effort in his mind.
Leopleuradon gany is so awful..........
Staying Behind
Flitterats- it was just flitterats. Oh, that didn't make anything better. Especially with news that a little kid had gone missing. Jericho stumbled over to the nurse's station, figuring it would be best to be near Yuki in case anything worse started happening with his anxiety.
Quote: Jericho is open for interaction!

Going to help!Cuileann realized she did not help last time because she was to scared to move, the realization that it was a small wave of flitterrats made her laugh to herself. But she also knew the next time they may not be so lucky, she sat there with a possible threat and did nothing. What if the next threat turns out to be real? Would she just sit here and not do anything to help those around her or would she stand fight and help?
Feeling foolish for doing nothing she stood and said in a small but determined voice "I wish to help, I did nothing when there was a possible threat and it made me feel really foolish and childish. I understand the risks but everyone here is facing those same risks, I can not sit here and do nothing anymore tell me what to do." with that remark she looked around the cramped room to see if anyone else's emotions were showing.

Going to help!Lokni was standing somewhat close to where Mink was positioned when the door was opened and a small dark wave came tumbling in, it took a moment for his eyes to adjust and was shocked to see flitterrats. A lot of them, by the way they were running something had terrified them badly. They huddled in a corner trying to climb over one another, feeling sad for them he walked over and picked one up very carefully and began to caress it trying to settle it down.
He knew it could have been alot worse, now there was news a child was missing. He knew without hesitation he would volunteer to help again. Although the noise was a false alarm at danger, he knew this time it may be very dangerous indeed.
Putting the flitterrat back down to be with it's friends, he turned and walked back over towards where Annabelle was standing. "I wish to help, whatever you need done I will do so without question or hesitation"

Going to help!
Niamh held her breath as the door swung open, and took a startled step back, then giggled. A flitterrat landed solidly on her shoulder, and she grinned. "Looks like some good luck at last, huh?" She reached out and stroked Aedus new companion.
And the she noticed the building commotion. Her hands flew up to her mouth. A freshling, missing out in this? "Oh, we have to help. Imagine how afraid they must be!" She clutched Aedus' sleeve, both glad and proud he'd already made up his mind.

Going to help “Well I own a sort of Security Firm.” Vanna replied to Coco’s question about what his company did. It took all of his willpower not to actually smile considering he did a lot more than just security but he didn’t want to add too much and give away the whole gig. However his amusement quickly died and barely resisted the urge to pull off the classic face palm expression. When he mentioned going outside to check it was on the grounds that only he was doing the stupid thing. He really shouldn’t have been surprised at the fact that everyone was joining him. Still he would much rather be the only one in danger but then how would he feel watching his sisters or his best friend go out into what Vanna knew was a stupid move? Luckily the sound seemed to be a flock of flitterats that seemed to be just as terrified as the daydreams and nightmares. Still the whole situation could have been a lot worse. Of course whenever you even think about things being a lot worse things come to bite you on the butt and now there was a child missing and Vanna was back to the beginning. If he spoke up and said something he had a feeling that Kingston, Eilwen, and Coco would go with him. However he kept thinking about how that was someone’s child, or even some one’s brother, sister, or sibling out there. “If we’re going out to find a child…. I’ll go along” Vanna finally spoke aloud his decision made when Coco mentioned she was going. All together after all. here was to hoping that foolish sentiment didn't get them all hurt by the end of the night... or hurt irrevocably. It was the last time he went somewhere unarmed....ever.

Going to help!
Eilwen still jumped a bit when the doors opened and flitterrats came running inside. It was clear to everyone around he that she was very on edge. They were all lucky she didn't scream, close her eyes, and start swinging her tails around. She was honestly relieved they were just flitterrats. That meant they could all stay inside the bunker right? Wrong.
It became apparent before too long that a child had gone missing. Why would they leave the bunker when this was possibly the only safe place in Below? Maybe they had been separated from someone and was going to try to find them. Eilwen certainly knew how that felt right about now and no matter how much she wanted to stay in the bunker, she wouldn't be able to.
"The more people that go, hopefully the sooner we can all return safely." She was still shaking a bit, her breathe was coming out a bit faster. The previous scare was apprently enough of one to cause her a small panic attack. Just breathe Eilwen, you'll be okay. Everyone will be okay...Hopefully...

Helping Well this was a first for Gaius. Never had someone stood up to take the burden off of him before as the determined dryad was. Staring at Kuni with a mild expression of surprise, he couldn't help a faint, amused exhale from his nostrils by the retort. Letting a chuckle lightly rumble in his chest, he placed an assuring hand onto Kuni's shoulder, other hand extending towards the door, "well why don't we go together then, hm? Side by side. I mean I'm not all that pretty. I'd say you're more on the beauty side than me." he answered playfully. His extended arm though was taken as an invitation from many of his familiars to take perching to, a few even starting to casually preen themselves!
The skyfish sweetly wriggled its tiny whiskers to tenderly touch along the offered hand, before bumping its rounded little mouth against it for affection. Gaius gave Ashi a reassuring smirk, and a confident nod, "You just stick behind us and we'll see what it is, eh?" maybe that'd grant some relief and comfort to the poor frightened guy.
But their exploration was cut short when a little ball of panicked flitterrats were their discovered culprits! Chuckling again, the hallow crouched to help gather the poor things up, his own critters making their own moves to help aid the distressed rodents. "Well, looks like we had nothing to be worried about to begin with."
Alas, it couldn't be that simple... no, not with a child suddenly just gone. His mind hadn't changed in the last few minutes, so there wasn't any need for thought or debate on his end. Looking to his gathered crew, he smiled, "Guess we have a real challenge now."

I'm going to help! Liam was just as startled as everyone else when the door opened and a flood of flitterrats came in. It brought to mind the stories of sinking ships, and the flitterrats that would flee before them. Not comfortable thoughts to have... "I'd prefer anticlimactic over the alternatives," he muttered, watching as the flitterrats ran through, up to, and, in some cases, climbed the people in their paths. The sudden call that a child had gone missing caused Liam's sense of crisis to kick back into overdrive. Crap! They must have run out when the door was opened. Perhaps all the flitterrats had scared them and they'd just run without thinking. Well that didn't change much. Liam had been prepared to be there in case there was danger when the door opened, he was prepared to leave the bunker. It was a child missing. "Same rules. We stick together, you stick with us as an extra pair of eyes and don't wander off unless it's to be with another group," Liam asked, looking between Hiroshi and the junior to see if they were still resolved to leave the bunker.

Going to help! Kingston almost laughed at the hoard of flitterrats, but seeing Eilwen jump like that kept the laugh down. He placed a hand on her shoulder to try and help steady her, and gave her a reassuring smile. Both Eilwen and Coco were acting quite brave, and even though he had just met them, he was pretty proud of them. However they didn't get to relax at all, as it seemed a child was missing. And that set Kingston's fur to bristling. He couldn't sit still if a little one was in danger! Before he could say anything, His companions all spoke up, and seemed to agree. "Many hands make light work." He agreed. "With all of us looking, I'm sure we will find the child in no time. We have to help!" If they were all so frightened in here, that child must be petrified!

Staying behindChervil had been encouraged as he noticed the tears dry up a little and the little one seemed genuinely interested in what he was doing; maybe he would be better off teaching a younger crowd after all...... The quiet thanks as well as the odd hope gave him pause, and seemed to put in perspective for him what was going on more than anything else so far. "I hope so too, little one....." The sudden commotion over at the door caused him to turn his head sharply and stride over to move in front of the young one, but his grim determined face broke into a grin as he saw the cause. "Well what do you know; it was a bunch of flitterats!" His new vespercat, which he had taken to calling Fioletowy, didn't seem to find the sudden upsurge in rodents the least bit amusing, flattening his ears and giving off a low growl. The sound in Chervil's ear helped him to realize something; the flitterats' manner reminded him strongly of things fleeing from the water on a sinking ship. If they had all fled here, then the water couldn't be far behind. The commotion over the flitterats was soon replaced by another; apparently a child had gotten out as the familiars were pouring in. He gnawed his lip anxiously; again he wanted to assist, but again his reasoning told him he could do more here. Well, at least like before, there were no shortage of volunteers. He turned back to the freshling and smiled a smile he didn't quite feel, already assuming that his little friend had heard the source of this new commotion. "Don't worry; he or she probably hasn't gone far."

Going to Help! A lost child? Despite the fear she felt, Somansh couldn't stay here while someone wasn't safe. Sure Yihad was here and hu needed someone right now, but so did that child! How was she to pick?! After a lot of though, she finally decided to go ", Yihad, I am sorry. Please stay safe," with a quick peck on hus cheek, she stepped away from hum and went over to the growing search party. She had to be brave, with or without Yihad by her side, and now was the time to do it ", I want to help with the search!"

Staying Behind "Somansh..." tears filled hus eyes as Somansh left hum, unsure what to do about this. Hu felt like being selfish, but she was right. Someone had to go search for the child, and if she wanted to then hu couldn't stop her. However, hu didn't expect that kiss on hus cheek, standing there shocked for a moment before speaking the rest of hus thoughts ", Please stay safe too Somansh. I don't want to lose you now."And with that hu watched Somansh walk away. She would come back safely... right?
