bigbadwolf shruggs, helping was more other people's thing but he wasn't like he was a mean guy and the tree did look very very sad. He wondered - no, it didn't matter whether or not it was a dude or babe tree. A damsel in distress was a damsel in distress, even if it was a tree.
"Let me see what I can dig up," he said with a sudden brightness, hoping he sounded comforting.

You reach a tree stump and it isn't able to talk because it is a tree stump. It makes a great item for sitting though.
KittyClaws33 saw a tree stump and ran up to it.
She thought she could sit on it, but found out she could not.
She sighed in disappointment and the decided to moved on the the final tree so she can finished this quest.

You reach a willow tree and you can barely see its eyes through the giant slew of willows. It shakes its head furiously, leaves rain down, and refuses you let you go any closer, batting you with its leaves. Ow!

((ENTERING))
walking the path that was laid before her, she reflect on the events that has happen so far. Some how, she had found herself falling down what seemed like a endless rabbit hole. But could you call that a rabbit hole? Many nick-nacks falling, or were they floating? Then coming to a thump on the ground, which rather hard by the way. She rubbed her bum remembering the pain. Then all of sudden she found herself in a room which seemed to only have a bottle that said 'Drink me'. Lucky for it, she was thirsty, otherwise she would have questioned it and never gave it a thought.
Such a day she was having, or is it night? Looking now as to find her bearing. It seemed dark, as most forests are. She peered around as she continued her walk. Only coming up to a sign that had an exclamation mark over it! Getting closer to get a better look see, it suddenly started to speak. She jumped in fright, then quickly tried to listen as to what it was saying. "...Five... Trees?" She looked around and spied a few. "Well... Alright! If it will help me continue" Walking over to a group of trees...

2: The second tree is a wide tree and doesn't look too happy to see you. It crosses its arms. "I don't think so, the last people who were here were terribly mean about it. Terribly, terribly mean and it just won't do anymore. If you come any closer I will have to resort to violence I mean it! Don't come any closer!"
If you move closer it hits you for -5 damage with its branches.
DarklingFox stared at the tree it was gong on about mean people...who would have been bee to the tree before. Her small ears perked up at the mention of violence.
"I...I don't want any trouble...I'll leave you be...I'm sorry!"
Turning away from the tree quickly, she was not going to be playing with that tree any time soon.

The first tree is a long tree, and bends down to look at you with hollow sleepy eyes as you reach over. "Oh, please, you're not putting your hand in my nose are you? That's so very disgusting, and I'm afraid I haven't cleaned up yet. Very disgusting indeed. Come back again when I'm clean."
When you come back the tree is gone.
"My apologies, sir!" SoapsLuvver squeaked, wringing her little kitty paws. "I will return when you have properly bathed! Please excuse me!" SoapsLuvver17 scuttled away and patiently waited twenty two minutes before coming back.
She'd been had.

"Dear me...!" She exclaim, walking towards this particular tree "This does not look pleasant" Suddenly stopping as one of the leaves had touched her "Oww! That hurts" She shook her hand and brought it up to her mouth. As to do a minor first aid to sooth the pain. She tried again to go nearer, only to get batted to the ground "Awe....! Come on..." She picked herself up and patted the dust off. Giving a sigh as she saw no other way to get close enough, she ventured over to another tree to try her luck

On the last tree, KittyClaws33 reached up to get a good look at the tree but when it shakes you off, it hurts her in the process.
As she get's up she gets a notice telling her that she had completed a quest and that she had a card added to her inventory.
After accecting rewards, she decided to see if she can do some main quest and maybe even entering the tavern.

StAyGoLd moved on from the now-gone tree and found a tree stump. He paused for a moment waiting to see if it would talk but of course it wouldn't. He sat for a moment, pondering his existence before moving on to the next tree.

He reached his next tree, still feeling odd from the moment of existentialism that had gripped him at the stump. As he wandered with his had feeling quite fuzzy he reached a striped tree.
"That's quite silly," he mumbled to himself. Though honestly what right did he have to call this tree over everything else silly?
"I beg your pardon," says the tree with stripes, "but I am not silly at all. In here everything is possible and anything is impossible and therefore a tree with stripes is completely within everything and anything." Its stripes change colours. "Now, give me a good, good shake. I want to get some more colour out. Shake me really well, if you do I'll reward you."
StAyGoLd nodded and obliged the tree, grabbing it around and shaking hard with all of his might. The tree laughed, its stripes flashing vibrantly before a fragment was spit out. StAyGoLd picked up the fragment, thanking the tree and continued on his quest.

She really wanted to draw on this tree. Or make believe it was a cheetah! She decided to climb the tree for an additional twenty minutes before giving up and finding a new one.

Darren wasn't used to these sorts of things. He'd seen his sister play them more often than not, but he hadn't been allowed to touch the things. Not that he'd minded overly much. But he was at the disadvantage of having no real knowledge of what he was getting into. Walking along he ended up completely blindsided by the Alice AI and almost freaked out at her, but thankfully was able to calm himself down when he realized she was just part of the game.
It took him a bit of time to figure out the controls and how to enter things into the system, but once he was finished he'd established that he was going to be the Caterpillar class and his username was "WalkingMeatShield"
After that, he started to wander around the starting area, completely lost. He pretty much ignored everyone around, focused on trying to figure out the controls and how to activate things. It took him a bit of time, but eventually he finally hashed out forward, backwards, and all the other minutia of traversing the game world. He wasn't overly worried about the chat system, doubting very much that many people would want to try and talk to him, but he kept an eye on it anyway - just in case. Secure in his ability to play, he moved on toward the natural forward progression.
That's when he saw the quest signpost thing and headed toward it, interested to see if he could now manage to actually play the game.

If you don't help it out it gives you nothing and continues to sob.
If you help it out, search around the tree for glasses! Roll 1d4. If you roll a 4 you succeed in finding its glasses. It is super excited as you hand it back. "Thank you, oh my goodness, thank you indeed. Here, have this." It gives you a fragment and insists on giving you a hug, but the hug is very prickly and not very nice at all. +1 Fragment.
"OHHHH!!!" SoapsLuvver17 sobbed just as hard, nodding fiercely. "Of course I will help! Leave it to me, sir! No worries! No tears!" The cheshire ran around, determined to find the specs.

10: You reach a tree and on top of it is a smiling set of teeth. Not the tree itself, just on top of it. "You seem a little lost", says the smiling set of teeth, "but not to worry. Everyone's quite lost here. I hope you find your way, there's so much more for you to get lost in."
Before you can ask what it means, it is gone.
Wandering up to her last tree she heard a small voice. All she could see was the row of white teeth smiling at her. well if trees could have stripes I supposes trees could have teeth. Listening to the words she blinked a few times. Lost...I thought we...looking up to ask the question that she had she noticed the teeth were gone.
"Curious...but...that was my last tree...I really couldn't help more I don't think. I suppose I should go find that yellow ! again..."
Wandering back to the way whatever it was, she smiled and said,
"I finished looking at trees!"
As soon as the words left her mouth she felt a bright light hit her as she noticed a small fanfare and a new number above her head. It now said 2. The two fragments she was holding seemed to also vanish and she looked around to see what else she could do or possibly find Sin.
