Shade scoffed lightly before he causally looked towards his red eyes fixed on a point of where he could strike, the demon had thought Shade could not touch him and that he was scared, he was dead wrong. His time for his soul self still had almost an hour of time before he had to stop, but that should be all the time he would need, so he thought. "You HIGHLY underestimate me demon,and that's something i don't take kindly to!" Shade growled lightly with a smile his teeth were razor sharp, like white daggers. "Chains...Of Shade."He almost whispered as the black chins coiled up higher on his legs and large wights emerged from the darkness. His life was drained that much more but only he would know that and he did not show in. His chains grew dark as did his eyes.He raised his crossbow at Roxas and fired. The now black hooked chain hurtled towards him along with three other smaller chains. But right as it was about to hit him it glanced to the left straight to his shadow, it was so close it clipped a small piece of Roxas's hair, but not for a second did he take his eyes off the demon lord. The chain flew out where his arm was and its hook sank into his demon flesh."Do you know what a shade is....Shade has two definitions. One a SHADOW cast by a large mass. The second....a unearthly soul who can travel through detentions, including...Shadows!" Shade yelled as he yanked hard trying to pull the demon threw with his crossbows crank system.

he continued to laugh even when the hook sank into his skin "ahahahaahaha" he was much stronger then one would see though his muscles showing that he could pull back on the chains nulling the pulling "tell me...if these chains are apart of you..then...wha happens when i send them away...to...ioono...a black hole" he said grinning before his left hand rose up holding a black orb, he moved the orb towards the chains, hitting the chains making them disappear and anything attacked to them, Zwei of course didnt get affected regardless since he controlled the orbs destination. whatever disappeared with the chains would reappear 30 feet up in the air Zwei could see the marks on his arms "hmm...you know...my body wont let you do that again" he said as the shadow under Zwei disappeared
(just note..zwei cheats with his orbs in how he uses them..also..he uses his demon skin a lot to attacks so the stabbing wont be as effective after that ) ___________________________

Crow walked along the Lake with his hands in his pockets and a emotionless look on his face, he could feel the presence of some souls ahead and judging by the way they felt he could tell they must weren't just relaxing. Crow continued to walk towards the souls ahead and eventually he arrived to see a few people standing there and two in the heat of combat? what was this he wondered as he looked at Zwei and then to the others, this was not something he thought he would see so soon of joining the academy.

Hope silently made her way onto what appeard to be a figth, standing right next to Light, looking at the fog. She watched as Light clenched his fists in anger. A smile came to her face as Light asked if she was ready before grabing his hand with her oppsite saying "I'm ready when you are partner" just before she turned into a gun, in his hand. This is the first time, they where gona get to work together in her weapon form. She was happy about it though, She'll tell him when the time is right that she's allready a Death scythe but that will be sometime in the future, right now they need to handel what is going on infront of them.

Light felt the warm hand of his partner in his as he looked over to Hope. Confidence and strength poured through his body as he felt link between him and his weapon, it was invigorating. She transformed into a her main weapon, a gun that he held in his right hand. He held Hope tight in his hand, setting the gun in front of him and lifting his left hand, setting it over the top of the gun and letting it rest firmly on the barrel. Light closed his eyes and took a deep breath, his soul wavelength growing rapidly as it formed a physical orb around his body. Two protruding lumps sat at the back of his souls form, evidence of a metamorphosis that Light's soul was undergoing but not yet complete. Once at peak form he opened his eyes and let the radiant energy go rampant as he focused all of his energy into Hope."Lets go. Soul Resonance!" Light stated as Hope began to glow white in her gun form. Light then brought her to his side, holding her in just his right hand now."Battle form, Exorcism mode."
Light then launched himself into the air, high above the battlefield as he took aim at Zwei. He pulled the pin of the barrel back and released it, loading his ammo into the clip of the gun. He then released a hailstorm of rounds at Zwei, each shot with little variance to where it would land. This high impact high velocity round also glowed with a white light that would be fatal to Zwei. Light had charged these rounds with his anti-demon wavelength, a form of exorcism wavelength that with the right amount could actually purify evil and madness.

Shade had planted his feet firm he was not planning on letting this demon take him in. Although his chains were a part of him he felt no pain when they were sucked into the blackness. His feet were dragged into the dirt as he fought the pull, he had no plans of getting sucked in he had the demon right where he wanted for little did the demon know one of shades black chains had snuck up behind him through the shadows, it raised up like a snake its barbed hooks ready to sink in. But just then a younger man had begun shooting just as it was about to land a fatal blow on the demon lord. It had cut right through both his black and silver chains with his shots letting the chain shoot through the blackness and into the ground. Shade glared at the younger man. As he did so Shade lost his footing and stumbled backwards his hour was up and the black chains hand now left black chain tattoos on his legs cutting through his pants. He continued to stumble into a portal the had opened up from somewhere he did not know. He assumed he was going to die as he fell for what felt like for ever. Shade was lost in relaxation for what ever end awaited him at the end. But just then, WAM!! right into the ground, he was no longer at Death Lake.

Zwei sighed "normaly most people would instantly disappear..maybe i shouldnt have made it as small as i did.." he said before he looked up "Another kid...great" he muttered as he saw him begin a hailstorm of bullets which made him grin. Zwei created a black orb pushing it down on the ground below him havign a crater appear all of a sudden the ground which disappeared making the crater appeared above Zwei having the bullets hit the ground above him,as soon as this happened Zwei would fall into the crater as well as the ground he used the orb on, as soon as Zwei hit the bottom of the crater he fell into a shadow then followed by the Ground hitting a perfect fit to the crater soon after another shadow appeared having Zwei rise out "wooo..that was close..i could tell that those were dangerous.." he said still grinning before looking back at the city "hehe..seems times up for you guys" he said before his arms became red and tarted to grow seeming demon like, "i feel nice for once...ill let you leave like that other boy and you wont be harmed" he said keeping his grin on his face ___________________________

Hope felt strange and warm as Light used soul Resouance, felling the white glow, even in her gun form. She could fell when he loaded her with new bullets and shoot. Everything around her was clear even though she's in gun form. "Looks like we need to leave Light, the portels mean something very dangerous is going on" she said to him telapathicly. Hope didn't like the idea of retrateing but then again as long as Light was fine and unharmed, thats all that relly matterd. She'd watch as the one that Light shoot at made a seem to be barrier with a crater to protect himself. Ignoreing what they said as she would stay in her gun form, whaiting for Lights choise of what to do.
Renia looked up slowly, a soft groan escaped her. More people were here.. Why more people? Jillian was strong enough herself to take down this annoyance. Sitting up slowly the maroonette looked around with a scowl on her face. This was becoming bothersome, it was taking too long for her liking. With a soft sigh as maroon eyes started to adjust to the bright sunlight she slowly stood up.
Looking around more she sees Jill kind of just standing there with Tou. Scratching her bloody head she stretches, making a few grunting noises while she does. Feeling her phone buzz like crazy she pops it out and reads the message. It was a group one sent to all students in Death city. She turned her head slowly not liking what she had just read.
"Jillian it's time to go! Now!" Renia yelled loudly. She didn't care much for the other students in the area - if Jillian was safe then she was happy. A popping sound was heard behind her as a portal materialized just as the text said. Ren could only hope the other students were smart enough to follow the duo into it.

Light watched as the shots he fired were deflected by a large mass of earth that was upturned by Zwei's orb. When he brought down the earth on top of himself it seemed that he had flattened himself in his own attack. However he appeared moments later unharmed, taunting Light. He listened to Hope as she appeased to him to leave when she saw a portal appear near the other students as they filed into the abyss to an unknown location. Light landed tactfully on the ground, lifting Hope and aiming her at Zwei once again. In the few seconds he watched his arms change he mulled over the idea of staying and fighting. However he felt that with Death City in ruins it would just be the two of them against whatever army was taking over Death City. "Alright Hope, we'll leave for now," Light said to Hope as he began to step backwards towards the portal. He kept his eyes and gun pointed at Zwei, not taking his eyes off him. "This isn't over you know. We will come back, stronger and more powerful, and when we do," Light trailed off as he felt the portal up against his back. The mystical energy begging to wash over him. "You'll be sorry," Light finally said as he disappeared into the blackness of the portal.

Hope didn't like to leave things unfinshed relly, epscily with the chance of them comeing after Light again but with what would be comeing they couldn't stay, she wanted Light to be after, no matter what the cost.
Sorry, I forgot all about telling you this! sweatdrop Death City has been destroyed and is currently overrun by Demons. (Which is why the forum is called The Ruins of Death City) So only bad guys are supposed to be there right now. We need to be somewhere in the Outskirts of the Unknown until we all attack the Demon in charge of Death City at the moment: Divine as well as his minions, which is in the upcoming arc. Do you want to meet somewhere in the refugee camp?
