Does she? She looked quite different but a week ago. Assuming of course, that Araia is a "she." One can never assume too many things on the internet.

Kraeela a. What will our next "Special Project" be? b. What about the Minishop? I wouldn't mind to do some of the art [though I'm not that good, mind you.] c. When is Alicemae going to be back? I miss her. sad A. Well, I don't know. We have a discussion thread for ideas, somewhere. And seeing as both Jaho and I have each hosted a project, either you or Araia are free to take one on. ^^ It shouldn't be as much trouble now, seeing as we have more experience. B. That'd be great. Dev is busy, it seems (understandably). We'll have to come up with a layout for the whole thing. C. She left sometime in April or May, didn't she? Said she'd be gone 6 months. gonk That means we're only about half way there. Let's not ask the "Are we there yet?" question anymore, 'kay? A watched kettle never boils. sad And finally, D. You know, the minishop idea may actually pass as a project idea. If you would like to combine those two ideas and put off any actual literature-involved project.

More updates: Here's the outer contest thread. Here's our submissions thread. And I want to have something new this issue in our fluctuating section. Like we had factiods, remember? But I want something different. Any ideas? Quotes would be a bit too simple. Maybe we should look around at actual magazines and such for ideas. Give me a while and I'll most likely come up with something. If not, we can always have another staff spotlight. ^^

We should do a podcast! eek (Actually, no we shouldn't. But that's besides the point.)
Other than that I'm just kind of pissy in general and not achomplishing very much with my writing.
Zolof is that one for depression; it has that little bubble guy that bounces around. Actually I'd probably just be better off with sleeping pills. It seems that my brain does not like to shut the ******** up when I want to sleep.

*hugs the reluctant Jaho*
It'll be allllright....
We could just introduce the Minishop in the August issue, and yes a fluctuating column. That way, we have at least another month to come up with a special project [for the September issue].
- Most of our readers are also Manga artists/writers etc. Something on that? - I noticed a few people asking how to write screenplays. That maybe?

Well the only person I know that remotely knows how to write a screenplay besides Heidi is bane... And I wrote a blurb. I have now achomplished something literary this summer. Quote: George Holo recently retired from the Royal Unicornion Air Force and was looking forward to long relaxing hours on the greens. Unfortunately, fate had other plans. Requisitioned by the Coallition of People Whose Families Have Been Taken Hostage by the Squirrels to steal a shipment of mixed nuts, George finds himself being chased across the galaxy by the evil head of the galactic police, Captain Ze bra. And to add to his already increasing problems he is drawn once again into the Unicornion Air Force as the Queen of Unicornia requests his personal assistance to save Princess Pickle from the dastardly space pirate whose contract has yet to be finalized.

That maybe? I might be able to do the screenplay thing. eek Or at least plays in general. (With help from my mom of course. Her plays have been published several times.) Lessee...has anything been done recently on, like, creating a religion? I know that question crops up in WF quite a bit. Or a bunch of exercizes designed to help with writer's block. Or even... I could do a questions-and-answers thing in WF. -lightbulb- Where people ask their own questions about writing and I take the most...er...relevant ones and post the answers in the 'zine... (Don't mind me. I'm in the "popcorn" phase.) ((And yes, I'm female. A bit appearance-schizo, perhaps, but not THAT much. Heh.))

No, not really... But people think religion creation is all that advantly hard to do. You just take natural law, apply a god figure to it. Add some more restrictions too it. And then attribute everything that science as of that time hasn't figured out to that god.

You make it sound like a formula. xd And I know what you mean about your brain not shutting up when you''re trying to sleep.
Those were some good ideas Araia. ^^ If you'd care to execute them, feel free.
Do you think we could sort out and finish the minihshop idea by then? It seems like the months keep getting shorter.
And for the fluctuating bit, I was thinking something short and fun... idea Hey, you know those short stories that you see floating around in chain letters and stuff like that? Not the crappy sentimental ones, but the funny ones. My sister saved a whole packet full of them, somewhere... They're like story-jokes. What if we had a few of those? Except I'm not sure if the person who wrote the stories is listed. But we could get around that.
