 Eriena Emm – Gryffindor – 5th year
"HI, PROFESSOR!" she yelled a bit too loudly as she barged into the slowly emptying classroom. "I, ahm... I was feeding my owl? Yes, yes! Feeding my owl gourmet pellets! Imported from France! You know, you have to roast those for precisely 2 hours and then keep them dry. Er... I will be on time after this, I promise!"
Turning her head, Eriena quickly read the assignment for fifth-years on the board. She breathed a sigh of relief.
"Oh, thank you Jesus, God and all of his chorus cherubs! The one spell I can do without practicing!"
She pulled out her wand and stood in front of the Death Eather mannequin. Thankfully, she could easily remember the correct way to hold her wand and then yelled, "Glacius!"
A blast of frost crackled out of her wand tip and covered the mannequin in a sheet of ice.
"My day is done!" Eriena punched the air in victory. Oh wait, there was still the matter of Professor Reynolds. Dangit. She turned around and bowed her head in a sign of apology.
"Really sorry again, Professor. Won't happen again. I must remember not to spoil my owl on a schoolday... Bye!" And she sprinted off before he could say anything.
(( I'll try to catch up on the storyline so far. ^^;; ))

I was taken a back by the rather loud hello coming from my newest Gryffindor. I started to say that it was quite alright, that I'm not strict when it comes to tardiness, that as long as she didn't make a habit out of it, it was okay with me. However Eriena was way to quick for me. Within what seemed like seconds she raced over and cast the spell assigned to the 5th years, turned and apologized to me again and then rushed out of the room. I sat in my chair blinking my eyes, did that really just happen? I gave my shoulders a shrug, oh well. Checking on the clock once more I saw that it was indeed time to close up shop. "Okay my students it's time for your freedom, class is dismissed. Enjoy your weekends."
((Meiko I know that your exams and time zone are keeping you from Gaia, so whenever you post next, lets just pretend it happened before I dismissed class.))
