Now free and facing the thing that was attacking her, she frowned as she heard a light growl and something sniffing her. She leaned towards it and sniffed it cautously but jerked back and away from it suddenly the moment she felt a paw in her face. Yelping a few times at it, she felt her tail moving her body again as she scooted on her belly towards him and very slowly, she began to paw at something wet and cold on its face.

Pulling his paw back quickly, he yipped at the thing in return for suddenly moving. He sat still when he felt it coming closer again. Squeaking when his nose was batted at, he stopped himself from shrinking away. This didn't hurt like before. Tilting his head, he licked at the thing by his nose.
Smiling, Ivan growled deeply with pleasure watching the pups interact. Look what he had helped make. These beautiful creatures. Resting his head on his leg and over the sleeping puppy, Ivan sighed in contentment. Though tired, he was determined to stay awake for these first moments of his children's lives.

Endless moved from her spot outside and padded softly back into the kitchen and smiled at them.
"So did you guys name-" She paused as she approached when she realized Raisa was knocked out and sleeping. She deserved a good rest after all of that anyways. "Nevermind I guess." She said in a soft voice to Ivan. She was starting to feel more and more at ease with the other knights and she offered Ivan a kind smile. "Can I get you anything?"
She continued to paw at the wet thing, finding it kind of fun to play with. She just wish she could see whatever it was that was nearby and when she struggled to pry her small eyes open with all the effort she had in her small body just a tad, she was greeted by bright light and she promptly shut them again. When she felt herself being licked by the thing, she let out a playful growl and licked it back a few times. Her tail was moving again and shaking her body.

Ivan lifted his head at Endless' voice and followed her gaze to Raisa. He let his sight rest on her sleeping face for a moment. Even alseep, she seemed to be glowing. Frowning at the other's offer, he moved the orange pup from her nook and set her next to Raisa, smiling as the pup snuggled into the new warm spot. Glancing at the other pups, he stood carefully and limped over to sit in front of the white female. "I can't thank you enough Endless. You've already done so much for us. For me. Thank you." He leaned forward and gently licked her cheek. "You may go if you wish. I think we're all tired after that. Or, you may also stay." He turned his head to look at his family. "I'm sure Raisa will want to thank you too."
Yipping softly and happily, he tried to paw again at the thing now licking him. Crawling forward, he yipped when his nose bumped the thing. He sniffed at it, then attempted to grasp it in his paws and lick at it some more.

Endless watched him warily as he limped towards her and she had noticed when he first ran in he was injured. When he thanked and licked her, she smiled at him and nodded her head.
"I am probably going to head out and meet the others in the sitting room. I hope they're on their way back...There will be time for Raisa to find me later." Endless gave Ivan a smile and looked at his family and then back at him. "Congratulations again Ivan."
Endless turned and made her way quietly across the kitchen passed the puppies and Raisa and made her way towards the sitting room.

Whatever the thing was, she liked it and she wanted to play with it some more. She yipped and squeaked and wiggled and shook her head when it tried to grab her and lick her. She responded by opening her mouth and leaned forward to nipped at it.

He nodded. "They're on their way." He smiled in thanks, watching her leave. He returned to his spot, laying down with the pups between him and Raisa.
Wagging his tail in responce to the thing's squeaks, he yipped at it again. He yelped when it started pinching him again. Shoving at the pinchy part with his paw he crawled forward, sniffing and curiously pawing along the rest of it. How big was this thing?

She let out a squeak as something was shoved in her face and she felt something moving aganist her. She tilted her head and yipped in a questioning sort of way, trying to figure out what it was doing it. She laid as still as she possibly could and allowed it to do whatever it was doing. Lifting her paw slowly, she pawed at a few times and continued to lay still.

Ivan: *watches family*
It was warm and soft. Except for the pinching part, he was liking whatever it was. He felt it paw at him, then it was sitting very still. What happened? Did he break it? It wasn't playing anymore. He whined and poked his nose at it gently.
With a wide yawn, the orange pup woke and shook her head slightly. Now it was time to investigate! The first thing she noticed was the big warm wall next to her. Tilting her head, she pawed and nosed at the wall until she was pulled away, that deep voice saying "Let your mother sleep." ...whatever that means. She turned to the thing cupping her and nipped curiously, recieving that wet brush in return.

Raisa stirred slightly when she felt something nudging against her. She lifted her head slowly and yawned, looking down at the spot where the orange female had been. She looked towards Ivan and gave him a sleepy smile before laying her head on her paws and watching their children.
"Enjoying puppy-sitting?" She asked.
The thing that was poking and pawing at her began to whine like she did and she felt like she did something wrong. Whining in return, she wiggled her way on top of the thing whining and began to lick it.

Ivan sighed at the orange pup for waking Raisa, then looked up to his mate, passing her an affectionate smile and nodded. "How are you feeling?" He leaned forward and rubbed his nose against hers.
Yipping happily when the warm thing started making noise and moving again, he squeaked in alarm when it climbed onto him. Trying to get it off, he ended up rolling onto his back. Now his belly was being licked. He kicked at the air as he wriggled happily at the funny feeling of his belly being licked.
Hearing a much softer voice, the pup felt drawn and crawled toward it. She put her nose as far as she could into the air and sniffed. Which smell was which voice? She yipped softly in the direction where she thought the voice had come from.

"Better... a lot better then before actually. I'm still little tired but I'm more hungry than tired." She returned her mate's affection and rubbed her nose against his before turning and laughing softly as she noticed the orange puppy sniffing around. She sat up slowly and licked her gently and brushed her nose against the small pups nose.
She felt it moving about beneath her but she continued to lick it, her tail wagging happily. She yipped a few times happy that she had 'conquered' whatever was beneath her but it was short lived for she fell off with a squeak.

Not sure if he was happy or disappointed when the thing slipped away, he rolled onto his side. He pawed at his tummy a moment, then rolled onto it. Sniffing the air, he crawled after the thing, soon bumping into it again. Yipping, he pawed at it happily.
Ivan smirked. "Well, what better place to be hungry than the kitchen?" He turned his head and looked around the room. "Is there something particular you would like?"
He looked at the wrestling pups and chuckled softly. "Do you think that's any indication of how it'll be raising them?"
There was the voice again! She crawled a little more before feeling the wet brush. She yipped happily at finding the source of the voice. She felt her nose being rubbed and tried to lick whatever it was.

Ammy walked into the kitchen giving her fur one finall shake. She looked around for a moment before spotting Raisa, Ivan, and their family. She smiled and wagged her tail as she walked over. She sat down near them and put the toy down. Pushing on the toy she made it squeak gently. She then barked saying that the two had cute puppies. Her eyes then fell on the stuff that still needed to go to the knights room. She would take it up in a bit.

She sat there for a moment in a daze after falling off and then she was being pawed at again. Shaking her head, she let out a yip and a growl and turned to the thing and began to paw right back at it. She paused when she heard a squeak and lifted her head to find out where it came from. She yipped and tilted her head.
Raisa thought for a moment as she continued to lick and nuzzle her orange daughter affectionately, giggling when the little pup tried to lick her back. She looked back up at Ivan for a moment and smiled again. She couldn't help but smile whenver she looked at him now for some reason.
"Yogurt; I would really love some. Thank you Ivan." She looked down at the pups wrestling with each other and she groaned. "I guess thats what they were doing when they were moving around all the time inside." She giggled. "They're definitely going to be a pawful that's for sure."
Raisa caught the scent of her friend and she looked towards the door as Ammy walked in. "Ammy!" She barked happily, wagging her tail. "That's such a cute toy."

Growling back, the male pup also paused at the strange squeak. He growled softly. Was it a threat? Sounded wierd. Not the interesting squeaks this thing made. Growling again, he climbed onto whatever he had been playing with in a protective "mine!" gesture.
Ivan woofed softly. 'She's alright.' Not knowing how Ammy was had been nipping the back of his mind. At least the river hadn't swept her away.
He smiled back at Raisa, then groaned inwardly. He was going to have to get up. He might as well call the rest of the house here to watch him limp around! He stood carefully and walked stiffly to the fridge. Odd, trying to walk normally but put as little weight as possible on one leg. He reached the fridge and pulled out the yogurt with strawberries in it. He carried it back, setting it next to Raisa and licking her cheek. He lay down there, where he could see everyone easliy. "Thank you Ammy. You can be sure they'll use it."
He paused and smiled slightly. "And, thank you for the boost earlier. For going to find me."
The orange pup whined happily and pawed at the thing. She yelped with suprise at a strange squeak sound, but instantly perked up. She had to find out what that was. Hesitant to leave this warm thing, she eventually barked and crawled toward where the new sound had been. She sniffed again, trying to find it.
