Description: Keiken is a katana with a two foot blade and ten inch hilt. The hilt is forged of gold and wrapped in white silk, with a guard forming a four petaled flower. Likewise, the sword's sheath is of strong hardened leather, and inlaid with gold edging. A long white silk ribbon tied to the sheath forms a belt by which the sheath can be worn.
Departing from simply being a rich man's decoration, the weapon's blade is forged of chakra conductive steel. Strong and sharp as any other blade, the weapon can be used as normal without difficulty, but possesses one extra ability gained through it's forging.
Any jutsu that the blade's wielder can cast with only one hand, or no seals at all, can be cast through the sword when it is held. This means that techniques that require contact with the body can be used instead by contact with the sword. Projectile jutsu normally fired from the hands or mouth, can also be fired from the blade. These traits make Keiken, while not the most inherently powerful weapon around, a tool of great versatility.
Weakness: Due to the weapon being made from chakra conductive steel, it is impossible to properly prime a seal on the weapon, meaning seals cannot be added to the sword.

Chakra Conducive Arrow Who owns the weapon: Guild Wide Where it was found/Who made it: Can be bought at specialty arms dealers Range: Determined by bow Weakness: Chakra arrows are not designed to do much damage by themselves and have very narrow "heads". Does not work with standard Ninjutsu. If removed from its target, any area genjutsu are cancelled. Description: Due to the destructive power of most jutsu, normal Arrows are not able to be paired with ninjutsu, Chakra conducive arrows are made almost entirely out of chakra conducive metal, with only the fletching made of more conventional materials.This metal is able to hold Arrow based jutsu or any mirage type genjutsu. If used with mirage genjutsu, the jutsu is not released until it hits a target. Can penetrate hard rocks and concrete, but only about an inch and is very easy to remove.

Being made of chakra conducive steel, the bow components are also able to hold any mirage jutsu cast on the bow to last an indefinite amount of time. This only applies when the genjutsu effects the bow itself, not the environment around it (false surroundings works, bunshin or advanced surroundings does not)

1- I'm assuming you meant "Conductive" and not "Conducive." I think in general, the price is pretty low for something that can cast any mirage type genjutsu, meaning from E-S rank, basically giving you the ability to cast them at a rather long range. There should probably be a price gap between chakra conductive arrows capable of conducting E-C rank genjutsu, and then a higher price for anything B-S ranked. That's just my opinion though, so feel free to come at me with any reasons why you don't agree with that. Other than that though, I'm pretty okay with it.

I'll fix the final description after this, but I'll address all questions now to push it though before making the description look pretty.
The handle is made of ivory, so not exactly conductive, but not a perfect insulator either. So I'd say C-rank and above raiton have the ability to arc down into the user's hands for damage. As far as range is concerned, within fifteen feet if the umbrella in its entirety is being held.
Since a normal katana is usually 24 1/2 inches, this sword is 22 1/2 inches in length. The umbrella in total is only two and a half feet long, so 30 inches tall. Just for added measure, the handle of the umbrella/sheath itself is three inches wide.
Flying/Floating is accomplished with wind skirts lining each rib of the umbrella, allowing air to be pushed up under the umbrella allowing for a comfortable and slow glide back down, causing it to appear as if it were floating.
The launching mechanism is indeed spring loaded, activating after the runner (the part of the umbrella you use to extend it up and out and conversely back down and in), is extended to past its normal stopping point past a second latch which activates the time delayed spring.

Got a few questions on this.
the thing has to hold the 300 senbon somewhere, and since im guessing you dont have that many ribs... are they stored in the webbing? How are they launched chakra?
Sorta needs a range, since its shooting 300 senbon, probably a minimum range too since I assume the area directly underneath isnt likely to get any.

Really need to hit the submit button on my profile, so I'll try and answer these as thoroughly as possible to move this along. As previously mentioned the mechanism is spring loaded, so that's how they are launched. The senbon are stored in the webbing. 35 ribs total, nine senbon between each rib. I had to round to the nearest number so I guess it would be brought up to 315 total senbon. 1g 30s 15c.
Minimum range: 15ft. Max range: 100ft.

The minimum range of the spread is 15ft, while the maximum range reached is 60.ft. Description: Not your mother's frying pan. The Battle Frying Pan, specifically made for battle, is both lighter and more durable than an ordinary pan. The handle is much longer than usual at a length of 2 feet. Furthermore, pulling on the edge of the handle reveals a large boning knife (5 in. handle and 8 in. blade) that's normally kept sheathed within the handle, the handle of the boning knife sharing the end of the pan's handle.
The pan maintains its normal brethren's abilities to retain heat in the parts that count, keeping the handle relatively cool. It also helps that the handle is covered with a rubber material that discourages the conduction of heat. This non-conductive handle also prevents nasty electric shocks.
As for the face of a pan, it has a diameter of 1 foot. The open top has a slightly larger radius than the covered bottom, giving the face of the pan the same general shape of a regular pan. All in all, the Battle Frying Pan is made to hold its own against other advanced weaponry and does just that.

B-rank is a bit much admittedly as far as heat resistance is concerned. I wouldn't mind it capping at C-rank. What rank is your rpc starting out as btw? Just as well, I'm assuming the weapon itself fits in somehow with the type or RPC you are going to have? I'm just all-in-all curious about a frying pan being brought into any battle haha.
