With most of the distractions finally gone, Riku tried to enter the office once again. He lightly knocked on the door and waited for the Mizukage's permission to enter.

For one, it was unnecessary to freeze the water to view the words on the boar, this could have been done with the normal implications of Mizu Kagami no jutsu. Although it is feasable to create a clone from vapor, it is less taxing as far as chakra is concerned if you use an existing water source; in this case, the glass in front of you. Your score is a ninety, not too bad all around." Reaching for a headband in front of him, Luo tossed it to him muttering at last, "Congratulations Mizutenma: You have passed your genin exam. Go forward and protect this village, steel guard of the mist."

Mizutenma caught the headband and looked at Luo and bowed. "Thank you Mizukage. I will not fail the village. And the wait was worth it," he said while putting the headband around his waist. He didn't see how people could keep it on their forehead. "Thank you again," he said and left the room. He went towards Mizukage's office to see which missions where available. He hoped to hurry up with everything and probably get to go to the Chuunin exams but knew his chances where very low. He wondered what Varro's first missions where too. He got to Mizukage's office and looked at the list of missions available. He saw a couple and left the building to go start them.

Handing the new genin files to his secretary, Luo was surprised to see a few people waiting for him. Of all people though, there was one who was most important: Nikko. As Nikko laughed a bit, he asked Luo a few more vague questions. Not much was done physically by Luo except for nodding. "Mmm, well the transfer will be tonight, so just make sure you have it opened when the ANBU get there to perform the switch." Nodding, Nikko quickly bowed as Luo returned the gesture with a tilt of the head. Walking back to his office, he passed Riku knocking on his door. Opening it and walking towards his desk, the young man motioned for Riku to follow. Finally sitting on the elaborate pillow placed underneath him, Luo waited patiently for the boy to enter and tell him what he wanted to speak about;

Lightning grinned as her spotted the Kage's tower from the academy, it wasnt hard to see being how it was the widest, and tallest tower within the entire village. He quickly noted the direction before heading towards it. Once there he headed into the large tower and made his way to the Kages office. Once there he noticed that the door was open but he would stand outside of it until he was called, it would of been extremely rude to just barge in and asking questions.
(That is not my best post. Lol)

Fordon looked at his lord and bowed deeply. "im sorry for taking so long and interrupting my lord but i feel you must hear what i have to say" Fordon said at long last. this was top secret and Fordon was will to wait as long as it would take to keep it that way. Mean while outside the office in the lobby his water clone spoke in a loud commanding voice "Alright everyone who is an academy student needs to gather around me and tell me your names. we have a lot of work to do!"

Ray jumped sightly from the loud and commanding voice, he normally took notice of everything but for some reason he didn't even notice Fordon's clone standing there. He quickly turned and walked towards the clone, seeing as how the door to the kage's office was open he could see the real Fordon inside. "My name is... Ray Hatake." He crossed his arms in front of him tightly, he wanted to talk to the kage but maybe this clone could give him all the answers he needed.
( hopefully i get the bloodline, and wow my head hurt, cant think of anything to post)

Fordon's clone looked at this Hatake and eyed him up and down. " a Hatake huh? your clan has always had great talent in it." Fordon switched his voice from hard to warm as he introduced himself. "I am Fordon Cordell and i am currently in charge of training all students." While Fordon did enjoy messing with students he was not nearly as mean as LT sempai. The clone extended a hand riddled with stitches for the boy to shake. " since you are Hatake would that mean that you know Yama?"

Ray nodded lightly at the Hatake comment, after doing so his gaze traveled the clone. "Nice to meet you Fordon Cordell" He reached out and shook Fordon's hand taking quick note of the stitches. "Yama?.. Never heard of such a person. Im Originally from Kumogakure and have just recently moved to this village." He knew that there were other Hatake's in the world but had never met one, and normally he wouldnt of relieved anything about his past to some stanger but seeing as how he was in the kage's building it didnt seem to have any in doing so.

As the clone left Luo muttered for Riku to shut the door behind him. It seemed Fordon had something important to tell him, and he wanted to know what it was. As the clone reached the exam room and opened the door to flick on the lights, it took a seat after grabbing Riku's file from its secretary. As Riku entered the clone wrote a few things down on the exam sheet and a few notes in his folder and as he did so he murmured, "Why is it you wish to become a shinobi of the mist Riku?"
