Desert looked at Loda and chuckled to himself for a little bit. "You really don't understand your own feelings, do you? Oh well, but just remember. To me Syori is my little sister that needs a lot of care, to you she is more. So yeah good luck with that." He smiled as he climbed his chains back to the crow's nest.

Syori watched from the bow of the ship and she started humming a soft tune her father sang to her, it was a military tune but they changed a few of the words so it was more....friendly and hopeful.

(Time skip, The crew are now in London, England where the last two jewels are. By the way if anyone remembers the post about the dog, she's got one of the jewels on her collar.)
Loda had been a bit distracted lately, often ending up needing to get saved by Arc or Dez or Syori. It felt the worst having to have Syori save him, not because she was a girl but because he liked her and wanted to protect her not the other way around. Shaking his head to send off the gloomy memory he looked at the brick roads of London and smiled. "There's the last two here, hopefully I can get them before the day's over. By the next day I'm dead if this curse is true. I just hope that-" Loda was interrupted be the sudden flood of vomit that poured up his throat and out his mouth, he knelt down and hugged his stomach. He was definitely getting weaker suddenly and as the curse progressed he'd end up getting worse until dead. As he look at the vomit he noticed it shimmered slightly before a small speck of light wandered up, a fragment of his soul. "I'm losing a piece of my soul?!"
Arc walked next to Loda at night, the townspeople were mostly asleep so they didn't have to worry about the reputation of the Black Lion getting the Navy after them. When he noticed Loda's soul drifted up, well a tiny piece of it, he smirked but he had to admit it was a bit frightening watching an actual piece of soul leave someone's body.

"Loda." Syori said quickly rushing to his side she tried in vain to catch the piece of his soul but it slipped though her fingers, it continued floating up but she wasn't going to stop trying to catch it. It looked much like a child determined to catch a lightning bug. When it vanished She missed her step and landed with a splash in a water tough for horses. She did not look happy with the state of events at all. She was soaking wet she just watched Loda lose a pice of his soul not to mention vomit up his stomach. She looked at the pendant and sighed. She Wished it could help her find these two things instead of those two blades.

Desert saw what happened to Loda and came over with a cup of tea. "Come on, we need to find a way to help you and quick." He made Loda drink the hot cup of tea that would settle his stomach then looked out to the city,. "Are you sure what we are looking for is here?" He looked at Loda.

"Yea, I'm sure." Loda groaned as he got up, wiping a few traces of vomit from his mouth. He took out the map that came with the Sword of Samhain and looked at it. "The first one is in Waltzen Kostiel, looks like a park or open market thing. The other one isn't marked on the map but the map says it's here in this town." He looked around but saw nothing.
Arc guffawed when he heard about the mysterious jewel. "Looks like it's a hunt. We don't have much time left so no breaks unless you have to!"
The white dog watched from around the corner, there was a group of pirates and one of them seemed very sick before he fell to his knees and vomited. What she saw next surprised her, she watched a shining ghostlike orb float up into the air as a girl tried to catch it. It seemed strange, and a curiosity but she knew better then to walk up to pirates as she turned away to find a nest.

Syori spied the dog walking away but didn't pay much heed to it. Instead she took off like a bolt to the nearest park in Waltzen Kostiel. Her feet seemed to barley touch the ground as she moved. She was also dead silent as she ran, a trick her father taught her and all his students.

Arc followed Syori, keeping in stride with her. "Any clue where we go?" He asked as he put on his claw gauntlets, taking them from his back pocket on his pants. He stopped once he saw Waltzen Kosatiel and was amazed at the size of the place. It was a huge park that seemed to never end, and there were merchants and people everywhere. Loda felt too weak to run after everyone so he sat on a nearby crate and stopped a hot dog peddler pushing his cart along. "Hey can I have a hotdog? I just lost my lunch and I need something to eat." The peddler gave him a hot dog and kept his hand out until Loda put money in the old man's hand. As Loda chewed on the hot dog he noticed a white dog running from around the corner and stopping to sit beside him. "Hey girl, want some food?" The white dog paused at the scent of food, her stomach growling loud enough for her to wince in surprise. Turning back to try and get the food that smelled so good she noticed the pirate from before, deciding to sit pretty and beg she sidled up to him and tilted her head every so slightly for the cute, sad look that melted most people's hearts. She took the food happily before resting her head on his lap and letting out a sigh. "Huff!"

Desert saw where everybody was running off to and smiled. "Oh alright then, I will go there as well. Loda, Ayane is goine to stay with you so be careful. Saying this for your own safety, don't start a conversations about me with her." He gave him a thumbs up then ran off after Arc and Syori. When he appeared at the merchants area he went around to look for one of these jewels.
Ayane stood there wondering why her husband left her with the dying man then looked at Loda and sighed. "Oh well" She took a seat next to Loda and pulled out a fan. "So, how long have you been a pirate?" She smiled at him as she started to fan herself a bit.

Syori bit her lip and stopped short, she hated large crowds of people, had since she was around five, because she had gotten lost trying to find her father at a military training grounds. There was a commander that spied her and started yelling at her and he hit her hard in the face. Saying stuff about stupid girls and how they were only meant for two things. This was after she was caught beating up a boy. Her father had to swoop in with one of his students to protect her.

Loda shrugged. "I haven't been a pirate that long, guess I'm a it of a fledgling, two months or so before I met Des and Syori. I can't really say I was a pirate back then, no crew and I was searching for my parents. They disappeared when some high level pirates burnt my entire town down. I used to have a white puppy just like this one, but I lived far off on the other side of England almost." He gave the stray a scratch on the ear and smiled as she wagged her tail silently. Not too excited from attention but calm. "I shall name her Pearl, hope Syori and Nina won't mind."

'Nothing is beyond my grasp'Asimo  'The pirate prodigy'" Bold"= Asimo "other"= who cares "Somebody stop that thief!" one of the guards said as they chased after Asimo. Apparently someone had saw him sneak into the Queen treasury, he was also been seen stealing food and gold. As he was running by the Waltzen Kosatiel he swiped whatever useful things, mostful food, he could from passing merchants and put them a bag he draped over his shoulder. He had stopped running when he saw Syori and Arc in front of him. " Well if it isn't the my old freinds." he said with a smile when he suddenly heard one of the guards say there he is " Well I'd love to catch up but gotta go." he said as he went around the duo. If they we're here that means Loda was here probably looking for that valuable treasure Asimo had been looking for.

Ayane looked at Loda and smiled at him. "Well things seem to be getting better for you. You have my husbands respect and found some other great friends too." She looked at the dog and got out a bone. "Here you go." She smiled as she laid it down in front of the dog.
Desert was looking around the market which started to bring up some old memories of him and his master. 'Ahh some good times.' He remembered watching a girl get beaten then killing the man who beat his master's daughter. 'Well time to keep looking.' He appeared next to Syori and smiled at her.

Arc's eyes watched Asimo with a scowl, turning his head to keep his sight locked as long as possible until his neck hurt from the strain of turning to see over his shoulder. Massaging his neck he muttered. "I don't like that guy, he's looking for something and I bet it's the jewels of the series of Samhain. In other words, what we are looking for, not just as a treasure now but to save Loda. Come to think, what was Loda thinking when he took the sword. I mean seriously he wasn't thinkin-Whoa!" The antlered ghost from before appeared in front of him and people turned to stare and mutter, from what they were saying he was the only one to see the ghost. "Hey Arc, there's only one jewel left to find, Loda doesn't know it but he found the pearl. All that's left is the red jade."
Loda smiled at the compliment, feeling a bit better. "Thanks, but if I may ask how come you don't join them? I can take car of myse..." Another glob of vomit rose up his throat and he gagged, it glowed again before the soul particle flew up like a butterfly in a lazy mood. "Yep everything's great except I'm slowly dying, at least it isn't- actually I better not jynx it."

Syori was frozen solid, the people so many people, she couldn't move, couldn't think. Desert spoke and she saw a flash for silver then red and the sound of her fathers voice yelling at the rest of the military about touching her. She started shaking, she jumped a little when the small black cat nipped her leg. She looked at Desert. "Y-Yeah." She stuttered slightly, she began to move forward once again, taking a deep breath before entering the the crowd. She was holding the gold necklace and muttering a guiding charm over the amulet. She headed stright for the jewlry becauce if it was a gem it would probubly have wound up as a pice.
