Sorry about that kai_tora. Just following the boss' rules. You made tequilla available for all on Pg 40, Post 4. Mule killafrog1 took advantage of that situation and accepted the tequilla not long after, so both of you had to be fined when I caught him within the specified 2 hour time limit. You will find Gilda's Community Service requirements on Pg 41, Post 11. If you have any further questions, please address them to the owner of this thread, killafrog.
Might I suggest that the next time you provide drinks for all to be a bit more specific in regards to mules and non-mules. I hope this little incident doesn't deter you from enjoying yourself here again.
