Bloodless Amber Proudly_Jewish Proudly_Jewish ...when upon FINALLY getting the French dictionary you wanted, you open the package and say "aww, look at how beautiful he is! :3 " You therefore decide that he is your baby and you give him a name. You tell everybody that you are now a mother and you want to buy a crib for your "baby". You hate spending a day at school because it means you have to leave your "baby" alone at home. crying domokun Btw, hs name is Benoit 3nodding I named him after the singer of KYO 4laugh I'VE JUST REALISED SOMETHING. He can't be my baby... he's not Jewish! scream I have to make a Jew out of him ninja I've already changed his name from Benoit to Abraham rofl Thing is, now I have to circumsize him gonk how the heck am I supposed to circumsize a dictionary? I don't want to cut pages out.... (After I figure out how to "circumsize" him, I'll have to get him a kippa and watch over him to make sure he keeps kosher ninja ) If you actually do that, I'd really like to see a picture of it. eek I think it depends on the type of book what you do with it. Like, if it were a hard cover with a jacket, take the jacket off. eek I'd also like to see a pic. 3nodding

Because taking that off might suit the purpose.

I also have a tendency to slowly destroy the jackets. crying

He can't be my baby... he's not Jewish! scream I have to make a Jew out of him ninja I've already changed his name from Benoit to Abraham rofl Well, according to Behind The Name (a site on etymology of names), Benoit is the French version of the name Benjamin, which comes from a Hebrew name, so your dictionary can keep the name Benoit and still be Jewish. A French Jew, may be? Proudly_Jewish Thing is, now I have to circumsize him gonk how the heck am I supposed to circumsize a dictionary? I don't want to cut pages out.... (After I figure out how to "circumsize" him, I'll have to get him a kippa and watch over him to make sure he keeps kosher ninja ) Don't you just wish it's a female? xd (Somehow, I have a feeling that this doesn't sound right.) Well, I suppose that joke doesn't work, since the word for "dictionary" in French is masculine, so your French dictionary should be male. (OK, may be this is a sign that I take this too seriously. rofl ) Wait, what if your next baby is a German dictionary? The German word for "dictionary" is neuter. I know this is really obvious, but are there any blank pages? Most of my dictionaries start with a blank page, does yours have one by any chance?

You could just snip off a corner of one of the pages. (A bottom corner, obviously.)

...when you take comfort in the fact that every Russophone in existence agrees with you that your brother is a brat.
...when you are writing something for your Chemistry work and it looks like this: "Txe eлесtроmagнеtиc sпесtpym иs txe бroaд paнge oф фpeqyeнcиеs aнд waвеленtxs ин eлесtроmagнеtиc paдиatиoн."
Any Russophone will tell you that that's not proper Cyrillic. NO, it's a weird pseudomixture of Cyrillic and Roman lettering.
I can't even stick to one alphabet at a time anymore. gonk
