Koko.Dk sono italiano eledh I'm sure you're doing a great job, learning italian is not simple 3nodding Questo è vero. Yes, but it's easier than per se danish. Well of course it is. Italian is a Romance language; and, although english derives from much germanic influence, it has much latin influence as well. On the other hand, Danish is North Germanic which mixed with the Old Norse.

On the other hand, Danish is North Germanic which mixed with the Old Norse. Norwegian is easier even though it's primarily based off Danish. It's just the pronounciation is hell because of it's gutteral sound, glottal stops, and exceptions on the pronounciation of some words. Yeah if it didn't have it's latin, greek, and other influences it would still look and sound more Icelandic.

sono italiano Glottal stops can be a real pain. No, not always it's pretty fun at times especially in the different english dialects (Yorkshire, Utahnics, Scottish (I think). I just wish I didn't forget all a large portion of my italian crying

I've heard of "mille grazie" alot but I never heard "molte grazie" until now so either one of them is out-dated or is new. I don't know really.

When i went to Italy in '07, I never heard "mille grazie." I've always used and heard "molto grazie" (it was a typo in my first comment, i meant "molto grazie" there). But I've also used and heard "grazie tanto." Those are the most common ones.

caio!
well my trip in Italy went well smile
I found that when i tried to speak in my horrible Italian most knew English and spoke in English.
If I ever go there again I shall try to speak Italian better. cool
Grazie for all your help with my silly questions.
I did hear grazie mille and molto grazie . Its probably because the north and south have some different dialects.
