::chuckles:: Dew is sooooo cute isn't she??? heart As for the BOOM of recognition I would be willing to play it as being told in a PM when you meet this one this will happen... =D With so few of us I'm surprised it hasn't already... lol Not that I want to be all souled up with anyone but fishy just yet but still I would play it as it came if I was told to... Because Cutter knew the moment he laid eyes on his lovely dessert flower... lol Not a week later... lol Ah isn't love grand... But then again this isn't love we're talking about here... It's RECOGNITION!!!

I always thought of recognition as something that was for the best genetic results - otherwise it wouldn't exist.
As for the sexy time-bomb thing, it doesn't make that much sense, to me at least, since elves are essentially immortal. It's not like they're going to hit menopause or anything - they don't have a peak reproductive age, since they're ageless. Maybe they'd get frisky with the first elf they saw, but I don't think they'd necessarily pop out a baby because of it...
Also, I had a question about when elves reach maturity... I mean, they grow up to "mature" by the regular time, right? 15 or 16 or 18 or 20 and they're essentially "adults," even though by elfin standards they're extremely immature? They're still old enough to mate and hunt and live on their own (if desired) or whatever, so biologically they're adults (reached full height, developed ability to reproduce, etc), socially they're given the freedom of adults(own hut, hunting, position in the group otehr than kiddo), but mentally they're still teens(abslute lack of their own adult life experiences)? Help!

Llune: So elves aren't that diff from humans. think about it, 18 we go to live on our own. so on and so on... but we aren't adults yet. They mature physically and are out out there as adult,s but they are still learning (elves I mean). See, the same for humans and elves. There is that time when you are on your own but not quite left to fall flat on your face, where you LEARN. Little Dew is too young for that too... man.
Kilies: *huggles* felt like giving it to someone. Are you a cub? kitling? hatchling? whatever your word is for it.
Who's teh new cat elf? And what is the Sunfolks word for "cub"?
