See that's the thing... making a puppet is a craft skill. Not like getting a pet or summon... so as long as you have the DC in craft skill to make a puppet, then you can make it.
Then again, if you're just creating a puppet out of nowhere, which is just plain cheating but I suppose ok if you have a jounin or something you've just created from the ether, I guess you gotta get it approved...

my other char kaijinbo had 500 in puppetry, puppet makeing, and black smithing.....but he woudlnt be able to make this puppet since it a legendary one. At best he would only be able to mantain it keep it running, i was thinking of having kaijinbo a like reject from your clan........as ironicly before you made you clan he alreayd fit there decreption with the always wearign sun glasses looking at thing from scentific perspecive. but decided agint it...might have him freind of your father if you make one like you said before..........other day i pictured your father basicly haveing a giant basicly gundam XD

theres no such thing as legendary puppet. puppets can't have magical ability.

yea, legacy weapons and items usually have some sort of magical or abnormal ability like Orochimaru's Kusinagi blade and it's ability to fly or Kisami's Shark Blade and it's ability to consume Chakra. Those are weapons that no normal blacksmith could ever create and even the one that did make them probably couldn't make them again. That's what makes them God Legacy, they are one of a kind and will most likly never be made again.
I should correct my statement and say that their is a possiblity of their being God Legacy Puppets but the chances are EXTREAMLY low and you couldn't create one now for 2 reasons. 1) God Legacy weapons are old as crap and would require literal months to create and 2) We haven't worked out teh system for God Legacy WEAPONS yet, let alone super puppets. XD

Since I do happen to be a genius, I could probably determine a god's legacy system in half an hour or so*. But since I've got no interest in it, I"ll be fine with my normal puppet system. I wont even be adding the extra goodness of Sasori's human puppets, I'm forcing others to think of how to do that ^_^

then simply let me make it a normal "super" tank puppet...cause i want to have some good puppets for kaijinbo so i can use him, since i think i understand the puppet system i can fianly use kaijinbo execpt for makie weapons for gig sweatdrop

also..im guessing roy, changed the name of the information center. Do you still want me to make a thread souly for mission's, as i was literaly about to post it today untill i noticed that. I cannot post in that place since its a crew only tread, and not only that also not eing crew i cannot change anybody's post. if i still can, the mission will be divied completely one for d-rank missions, one for c-rank etc weach will containe atleast 10 missions......execpt maybey S and A.
