Martin Spiralwave Hikaro_rin so umm... how big a factor is "how long has your rpc been a genin for" question? If Masaki ever makes it to genin would he stand any chance of getting into the chuunin exams? or did I miss yet another set? Personally I'd advise you to wait if only to aqquire a few genin techniques and build character. Sure it's great and all to be a Chuunin and able to do things on your own but rushing into te Exams won't do anybody good. I'm in a similar situation though, if it makes you feel a little better. Oto is taking it nice and slow but I want to say that by the next Chuunin exams we'll wipe the floor with everyone smile So wait and fight against the Sound Farmers in the next Exams <3 admittedly, becoming chuunin is not the main reason of my interest. the Chuunin exams have a lot of possibilities for character development and overall rp other than Chuunin promotion. Besides, odds are good, considering Masaki's arsenal as well as my own rp skill, that I would be in the next chuunin exams whether I get in this set or not. So the question stands.

Ahhh, I believe I remember that now. We're bitter enemies, right?
And why would a kangaroo NOT want a gatling gun?
@Kurg: That's fine. I'll just blast you with my gatling pouch. o.o

Because kangaroos could have boxing gloves instead and simply own everyone.

A lot of people from Mass like to come over here and move in, and when they do, they bring the city attitude with them, and that doesn't fly out here. And the driving too... Boston style driving just makes you look like an a** in New Hampshire.

Too many people have it. Even here, and I live in quiet suburbia.

I don't have the patience to read about all of the bickering thats been going on for the last 6 or so pages. i just wanna become a chunnin. I don't need to worry about training as a genin because i get all water jutsu and I can just learn the universals as i see fit. can we hurry this along, i don't feel like wasting time rping when my rp isn't getting any better because of it.

*Ahem* Kuroteisei, due to my medical condition (as well as gregar jinxing me somehow from a comment he made last week), I am "hurrying this thing along" as fast as I can considering I'm in the hospital. But I can see from the post above this one that you either have little to no remorse for my quite real condition currently, or you haven't cared enough to find out/read other people's previous posts explaining my situation. Just as you don't have the patience to read all the bickering that's been going on in the last few pages (and neither do I for now), I have no patience for people who seem to be quite self-centered in the whole roleplay experience by not even considering the conditions of others around you, or even questioning why it is so.
And roleplaying is not "a waste of time," and if you see it as such, I honestly don't see why you do it in the first place. Just because your RPC isn't personally benefiting from a post you make, doesn't mean it doesn't benefit those around you. I honestly expected a bit more respect and empathy from someone who was apart of this village, and in general from you. It's one thing to be impatient when someone is holding up a fight of some sort and has given no reason as to why they were absent, but for you to react that way with such a comment while I'm in the hospital and doing the best I can to not only post, but stay in good health, irks me to no end. Be mindful of others around you and what's going on with them. I doubt gregar would allow the exams to proceed without making sure you guys were capable of participating, much less myself.
To assume or even fathom that I your Mizukage and a VC would even forget to make sure you were included in the exams is rather insulting, and makes me feel as if you think of me as being somewhat incompetent, and I'm anything but that. If I were, you guys wouldn't even be able to participate in the exams anyway considering you need a certain number of mission points to participate...Had I not given all of you a B-rank mission in that zombie arc, you wouldn't even get the chance to partake in these exams.
To be honest, I don't even think most people who are going to participate in this guild shouldn't. Pretty much no one n this guild has actually experienced being a genin. No squad placement (which I was going to do), no cross-village missions (which I had planned), nothing. I personally think these exams have been released too early.
So think about what not only myself, but people around you have to go through in real life currently before putting yourself first. For all you know, I could've been in a coma while you made that comment.

Chuunin exams are far chumps anyway. I say we play real ninja and take rigorous team missions in espionage and assassination against corrupt rival nobles...Instead of having a Ninja Colliseum!

3nodding In NUR that was actually part of my jounin exam: to gather all the files of every shinobi in any other village by stealing them from the Kage's office.....and by proxy the kage. To be honest it wasn't even that hard....until I had to leave the village that is.
Crap, you just reminded me to make that NPC for the dark tournament and take him to Sand for recruitment....unless someone else has done it already. But our exam isn't just going to be a ninja Colliseum.

Hey Luo, if you aren't too busy, want to toss around some ideas for the first two stages of the Silent Kill style? (I know where I want it to go, but I don't know how to set it up for the first two stages.)

woah, dude. Luo, that wasn't directed to you 'in the slightest'. That comment was aimed at the group arguing and to them alone. I fully understand that you've got real life problems and I am not the sort of guy to belittle them in any fashion. What I was saying is that that last chuunin exams were last summer, and i missed them, meaning that after my genin at the time had learned all of the genin jutsu, he was stuck twiddling his thumbs and trying to find ways to make the day go by. If this were a test, you'd say he was bullsh**ing his way along. I don't want to waste another like, 8 months doing the same thing....again. I wasn't saying that I couldn't help anyone nor was I insulting rp. Since I got here I've been nothing but respectful and helpful to everyone I could be, in real life as well as in rp. I'm sorry if you don't know what kind of person I am, and to have such a gross misunderstanding happen due to a post I made makes me question my ability to express myself in general. Regardless, I apologize for offending you by my post and I want you to know it was not intentional.
