Yes, this deserves a whole post of it's own.
I just beat Metal Gear Solid 3, and I think my brain may have exploded at the sheer number of plot twists at the end. It's ABSURD and EXCELLENT. Seriously, the insane number of times that Hideo Kojima goes "O BTW JK ABUT DAT OTER TING LOL" had my jaw discovering a whole new world of droppage.

I could never beat those games. Sneaking around is not my forte.
Going in with guns blazing and mowing things down by the score is more my style, but MGS seems to frown upon that kind of thing...

So, uh. Sorry about the mysterious and abrupt disappearance back there--I abruptly decided that I couldn't be bothered to do more than lurk online and play Flash games for about a week, but it's better now!
...yeah, and stuff. I had a lot of personal drama going on which had spilled over from crap going on in the MUSHes I admin at, and it all imploded in this big ball of...stress.
Anyway, I am back! MGS3 is sexy, and I now have the inexplicable urge to play Iruka from Naruto somewhere. Mmm, sexy ninja.

XD I'd just like to state that Val rocks for playing the big. dumb warrior in the lazy rp. It makes me happy. *lol*
Once, I read a set of books that tried to do plot twists? But it just seemed that, in every book, the 'plot twist' was that the big bad was really someone pretending to be someone else. So, eight books later, it was this guy, pretending to be this guy pretending to be this guy pretending to be this guy etc etc etc. So it wasn't really suprising each time it happened anymore. O.o It was like... Plot drainplug, instead of twists. Just whirling down into pointless oblivion.

That's because Hideo Kojima has this whole "Violence is not glamourous" thing going on. The main character in MGS3 gets beaten up really bad at one point, and it's not pretty at all.

Well, the only con's that I've ever been to are Anime-thon and ASAF (Alberta Student Anime Festival). Both were pretty good, though... Some creepy people, though...REALLY creepy *shudders*
