I don't believe so. I'm pretty sure everything has to be narrated in third person, like an actual story rather than a script.

Thats literally impossible. see, when he stuck his arm forward, there was firction from the sand on his skin, which created heat energy. He abosrobed that, and used it to back up his normal strength. And just caught the discs.

And just caught the discs. The force I threw them, and the rigidity of your arm shuold have caused damage then. If you try to stop something that's 45lbs, going at 90mph, by putting your hand out straight and have it hit your palm, it would shatter a bone, or sprain something, making it hard to move them without feeling any pain.
And then comes the matter with the sand. Just because they bump into you doesn't create heat energy. A small bit of it, yes, but not enough to gather enough energy to make a large sheet of glass. Your destiny is to live your life to the fullest. Mine is to stay, and fight.
