Lactates (i.e. milk) will help soothe the tastebuds that are irritated by spicy food.
Basically, drink milk with spicy stuff.

It seems there is no more milk. ._. The burning from before did go away at least, but I wanted another burrito and they're all spicy.

Well, the five I got were all from the same person. I know because they all have a piece of the same song. And they were all sent right after one another.
