I think a better Raichu for your moveset would be Timid. And characteristic.. Often lost in thought or likes to run.

Snappy J Jerzeeboii Snappy J What is Adament nature? That's what Bolt has. +Attack -Spec. Atk Well that sucks. Bolt only has Thunderbolt as an attack, but I still think his Sp. Attk is higher in stats. It probably is higher, since Raichu has inherently a higher special attack than attack. But, a change in nature would allow said Raichu to utilize his full potential.
