Qyp Chunnin Exams? Denied. Crew need to all agree on when that happens. Gid said I could make that thread last week. And I was already tasked with, and finished making NPCs.

Chuunin Exams is meant to be a major event... not something to do every time people are ready to be Chuunin. And also, Chuunin rank isn't something to hand out like candy... Until myself, Kouri, and who ever else is around, agrees on an Chuunin Exam, keep your NPCs docked. We could still use them I suppose.

Meaning almost 2 years, and that thread is to see WHO is eligible. Seeing as 99.999% of the Chunin in this guild got that rank from either a timeskip or from creating the character at that rank, it is high time we had somebody actually fight for the rank. And honestly, if everything is going to be based on rank around here, and not level, it SHOULD be handed out like candy. Otherwise we are going to have our chunin exams consist of Me, Gid, and Pr0 at level 18, Ex, and you at level 12 or so, and whoever the ******** else makes it wherever they fall. Besides, activity is slim, and nobody except for Ex is even near chunin level in our village, we shouldn't have to suffer because we have all been here longer.

Seeing as just one RPC team is anywhere near it, Kiri is allowed to hold independent exams. Of course for RP flavor foreign ninja will appear, but eh. Chuunin Exams shall procede.

The last time I saw a chuunin exam was when Iwagakure hosted it. If that tells you how long it has been.. since Iwa has been out of commission for a long time.
@The Winged Guardian: Atleast its better than "everyone was kung fu fighting." But anyway, I can't post tonight because they are making us come in early tomorrow for work. I'll try to when I get off. Which will be just after 11 pm CST
And I was hoping someone would grade my most previous training by then.. but if not, oh well.
