(i'm sorry I'm not sure how much this actually mattered, but I just need to make this)
The Blue Cloaks
A mysterious group of workers that aid the school. Most noticeable by the blue hooded robes they wear, from which their name derides, the Blue Cloaks have been in service to the school since it was founded. While they like to keep a mysterious air about themselves they are actually made up of former students and other prominent magic users who do not have the expertise needed to become teachers. They exist in contrast to the Black Cloaks, the former principal's personal guard, in that they perform the more menial tasks required by the school and serve under the school staff as a whole. They are the handymen of the school and literally keep the place running. The Blue Cloaks accept all races into their fold, but humans are most common due to their affinity to magical professions. Despite being large in number and based in magic, the Blue Cloaks maintain solely support roles and as such do not tend to practice offensive magic making them poor soldiers. Their involvement in any battle is usually a sign that the school has reached their peak desperation.
Notable Members
Azreal
Azreal, a mage renown for his knowledge and skill the world over, and head of the blue cloaks. When the school was first formed Azreal came on as a personal favor to the principal and has stayed in charge ever since. As chief of the Blue Cloaks Azreal manages the duties of the division heads and sets their general goals and objectives while allowing each division head to essentially take care of their own business unless a major incident occurs. The blue cloaks all have a deep respect for him, and due to his wisdom, power, and position as Chief he is the only Blue Cloak who may refuse a direct order from a teacher, but not the principal, and can even choose to over rule orders should he take issue with them.
Aldin
Aldin is the only son of Azreal and head of the Archive Division. It is his duty to see to the organization of the Archives located underneath the school were all forbidden items are sorted, categorized, and stored away until needed, or in some cases for all eternity. Being the son of the Chief Aldin is also the pseudo second in command of the Blue Cloaks and the logical successor to the position, though this is rarely challenged because the relatively low traffic of the Archive Division allows him enough time to competently see to other projects. Aldin is calm and reserved, often only speaking to get his point across, though he manages to pull of this demeanor without looking anti social or haughty. He has a talent for memorization, which allows him to keep track of the entire archive in his head.
Nazir
Head of the production division, though one wouldn't think it at first glance. Large and not the smartest man Nazir doesn't fit the mold of a typical Blue Cloak. However he is incredibly skilled at the forge, particularly in the creation of magical items, and as such is invaluable to the school. His division creates all the raw materials needed to keep the school in repair, as well as producing the enchanted items used throughout the school system. Whenever the development division comes in with a new blue print for some crazy device Nazir is the one who finds a way to make it reproducible. He has a gruff personality, but has a deep since of honor and as such makes for a loyal companion.
Celti
A snow imp who serves as the head of the research division. Having grown up a studious girl Celti was an obvious choice for the job upon graduation. Not having the social skills necessary to be a teacher she took the the job as a Blue Cloak with stride. Her division is in charge of looking into new texts, artifacts, and people that are introduced to the school. They over look student backgrounds and usually have a Representative present during examinations or counseling sessions. Celti is one of the only members of the Blue Cloaks who practice offensive magic, something she's mastered since she won the tournament her graduating year. She is also a bit quick tempered so she is regarded as a bit of a tyrant by some of the lower ranking blue cloaks. This along with her blue skin have earned her the nickname "the blue banshee".
Zae'el
Zae'el, a Drake or "Dragonborn", is the eccentric leader of the Development division. They are in charge of coming up with new inventions to improve the school, and the world in whole. Zae'el was considered to be a creative prodigy when he was young, a skilled inventor with a deep passion for experimentation. He graduated with top marks and was an obvious choice for a teacher, and was quickly offered a job as one when he graduated. However Zae'el declined the offer and instead choose to take a job in the Blue Cloaks, believing it better to find and create new things rather than re discuss what was all ready known year after year. Zae'el is a master inventor and researcher, being the one who discovered how to tap into the power of Tryton's jewel and designing the devices that harness and distribute the energy throughout the school. However he is a bit of an enigma personality wise. He prefers to stick to his work uninterrupted by social interaction. When he does converse with people he tends to speak hurriedly in intellectual observations, making conversations with him a bit jarring.
Lokstad
Lokstad is the head of the maintenance division. He looks over the day to day repairs, cleaning, and other grunt work needed by the school. This includes working within the engine room and maintaining the flow of energy from Tryton's jewel to the barriers and other places its needed. Lokstad is very arrogant and snively, and hates his position of "head janitor" as he puts it. He has large ambitions and secretly wishes to be Chief of the blue cloaks. Because of this desire he takes a hostile stance to Aldin and the other divison heads who are more qualified for the position than he is. He is the outcast of the Blue Cloaks and even his own workers tend to hate him.
Model 21A (Zia)
Model 21A is a special machine/magic hybrid, and one of Zae'els greatest accomplishments. Created from a mixture of mechanical parts and magical constructs 21A is a special form of technology not thought possible before. At once a summon, familiar, and android he is able to interact on both magical and technological mediums. He is also the Blue Cloaks main form of defense being installed with a variety of weapons and a full database of spells logged into his memory banks. 21A looks innocent enough at first, with his bubble personality and goofy appearance (apparently a sign of Zae'el's humor) however with a single command he can switch into kill mode which has been described as "horrifying and sad, like seeing your favorite cute puppy grow into a terrible bull dog" by some Blue Cloak members. Model 21A was given the pet name "Zia" by the members of the Blue Cloaks who revere him as a mascot of sorts and a beloved helper.
Zain and Carl
Two relatively low ranking Blue Cloaks from the maintenance division. They went to school together and because of their shared perverted nature, and inability to get girls, they became fast friends through graduation. While Carl was allways a bit dim Zain was actually rather intelligent and was even once considered for a teaching spot. However due to his "less than professional" attitude that door was shut on him quickly. Despite this he is in a rather good standing with the blue cloaks, leading the team running the engine room, and even getting his best bud Carl a job there. The two can usually be seen walking around discussing girls, teachers they hate (Alabaster in particular), and generally speaking classified information out loud (though it doesn't matter, who's gonna hear it all the way down in the lower levels of the school?)

Hoshi dumped her stuff in the dorm and then walked outside agen nd started looking for people to meet.she finaly spoted a girl with pink hair.she walked over to the girl.she looked around 16. ALLOT older then her.

(Eh Lol. I like the blue cloak members. I kinda imagined them in those clothes but LOL. Also Can i get an update. With Easter today I need to help out with my families annual easter egg hunt that goes on every year =_=. So sorry that I haven't been posting since a day in a half ago. Also I hope you guys approve of Zero LMFAO. I just need to make sure you guys agree since I was known for making multiple characters, but anyways. Can I get a small update on where everyone is, because the location of everyone is still confusing. )

(ummm i believe rumia and a few others are at the cafeteria. Shadow is in a garden dedicated to his sister. New kid is meeting up with Hoshi by the office. Cielle, Alabaster, Orochi, and Patchouli are all still in the library. Kyurem is in the underground portion of the school being all james bond and s**t. Oh and benten and Ayaka are still in the hallway talking with Rumik. Other than that I have no idea were anyone else is)

 Kyurem once again waited until the blue cloaks were out of ear shot and slid out of the door. He decided to tail behind the blue cloaks since from the sound of their conversation they had acess to the engine room, and would probably lead him to it. The zombie tailed behind them as far back as possible without loosing sight of them. However he stopped when he saw a very short figure clad in almost clownish garb walked past the blue cloaks in the opposite direction, heading towards him.
"hey Zia hows it going?"
asked one of the blue cloaks. The small robot turned and made a few cute robotic noises accompanied by a ^.^ expression on its face before heading off again. The blue cloaks chuckled and continued on their way as Kyurem ducked into another corridor to avoid being spotted. Kyurem noticed that the corridor lead down to a single room that seemed to have been just recently been used. "basement...do not enter" he whispered to himself noticing the seals placed on the door and a small music note symbol stamped over it, apparently to show who was in there, but Kyurem didn't understand the reference. Once the robot had passed Kyurem slipped away again down the main corridor, and continued on despite loosing track of the two blathering Blue Cloaks. By luck he stumbled upon a large double door with "engine room" written across in big letters. "I wonder if thats the engine room" he said dryly. He was about to enter when he heard someone from inside shouting."where the hell did those intructions go!?"
"I-I don't know sir, they're supposed to be in engine storage"
"I know that, do you think I haven't checked there allready!?"
"s-sorry Mr. Lokstad. I honestly have no clue, me and Carl were out patroling the area an..."
"Patrolling the area? don't give me that crap! I know you two idiots were just trying to sneak in another break so you could talk about..well whatever it is you two boozos talk about"
suddenly another voice chipped in.
"sir I believe lady Celti took the instructions"
"huh? why the hell did SHE take them!? its not even her division!"
"well sir I believe she intended to add it to the data archives so the research division could begin making copies"
"well thank god we'll have copies of the instruction manual AFTER I actually need it! That damn lizard creates the thing then suddenly vanishes without telling me how to fix it if it starts acting up. The damn thing looks like it took a drop in efficiency from earlier. where is she then?"
"I believe she's in her personal study right now, though I wouldn't interrupt her right now. You know how she gets when people yell at her, and you seem pretty angry."
"freaking Banshee!....but your right. I don't need to get my a** frozen over this stupid machine. Fine leave her be, then bring me Zae'el so he can figure out whats wrong with it. Damn jewel. This place has been chaos with all the other divisions running over me since that thing got here. I'm suppose to be in charge of the engine room, yet I seem to be the only one who doesn't know whats going on inside it"
Kyurem sighed and rolled his eyes. It seems like it wasn't inside, and he didn't want to have to deal with whowever the a*****e on the other side was. He got up from the door and headed back down the corridor, having no idea how he was going to find this Celti lady's study.

You fine sir! Deserve a medal. now if only there was a thumbs up emote like skype has..... Cielle gently held onto Orochi's arm and patted it down off her head. "No no im fine, not sick at all. I just thought you were in danger for a moment there. Just scared me for a while." She playfully chided and then tapped his nose with her finger.
She kept smiling until Alabaster took notice of her and let her in. Hm? Oh nothing really..just heard all that fghting in the library and remembered this one was here. She tapped Orochi on the head. "By the way....wasn't Taur with you?"(ive always imagined blue cloaks' cloaks to be like Organisation XIII's cloaks cept blue and maybe a bit more billowy)

Freysia - Race:Human with Unique powers, Freysia is really the only thing Dev cares for in his life being created to serve as her bodyguard, Freysia herself is generally kind hearted and caring, She has a strong affinity with nature and healing arts. She at times comes off as pacifistic but she will fight to protect others and her ideals.Freysia was once betrayed by humans how sacrificed her to a so called demon so that they could be spared, She was saved by Dev who no holds no trust in humans any more. Freysia herself doesn't blame the humans for what they did and wishes Dev would forgive them.  Jon - Jon is a human with not much in the way of magical abilities but what he lacks in magic he makes up for in speed and agility. Jon is fairly laid back and never seems to worry and always has a can do attitude about him which annoys Dev to no end.

(do you like them? it really means alot guys I did put a good amount of thought into them regardless of how relevant they turn out to be.)  Orochi smiled, happy that Cielle was ok. "its all right Onee chan. I'm fine I just couldn't breath with my face in your chest is all. I'm not mad or anything" he said not really understanding what had happened. When she tapped his nose he covered it up and grumbled. "onee-chan your a bully" he said non seriously. However when she asked where Taur was he cocked his head to the side in confusion. "bull-kun? no I haven't seen him since last night. I fell asleep at the carnival then woke up here with Grengi-chan. Right Grengi-chan?" he asked pulling his robe to the side to look down at Grenga. however to his surprise Grenga wasn't there. "hmmm? oh right she disappeared to go see what that strange man was doing. Grengi-chan! Grengi-Chaaan! you can come out now he's gone. Grengi-Chaaaaaaaan!" he called out to no avail. "were did she go? you don't think she got hurt by that big bang do you" he asked looking up at Cielle worried. "yes I believe its worth a shot at least" Alabaster replied. He noticed her blush and probably would have blushed to had he any blood to do so with. "oh I see" he said once again returning his attention to Cielle, not wanting to give her the wrong idea. "well the situation has been more or less taken care of as I'm sure you've seen. Ronald has been apprehended. So you can tell the others that we have one less threat to worry about. Though I think we might have gained another one" he said referring to the woman. Orochi's reaction more or less confirmed his suspicion as to who the lady was, but he didn't try to comfort him with that knowledge. If he thought the snake had gotten caught in the blast and died it would be alot easier to get him to forget about it. (as for the cloaks design I personally pictured them to be alot more drapy and "shaman like" were the face is fully cloaked in shadow and such. Kinda like this but blue and more face concealy. But I couldn't get a good picture of it so I went with the other design. and ofcourse the individual members have different designs because their special, each grunt member will look like the top picture, but with their face cast in shadow from their hood)

(Very nicely done pdragon smile I took your advice and instead of touhou knock of characters I'm working with original characters, well there still old as they're from another rp I was in long ago but I'm dusting them off and tweaking them abit to suit. )

Benten had told the truth. The only thing that was beside her was air. Ayaka didn't if she should facepalm or sigh, so she did both. This time, the former wasn't as loud as before. That was mainly due to the ear-deafening explosion that shook the school. The erubescent colour drained rapidly from her face. Glimmering emerald eyes flickered from one area to another. "Yes.. This happens often," Ayaka said with a hint of worry lacing her voice. "Demo... I wonder how Al-tan is dealing with it. I mean, isn't the institutional head gone?"
A part of her wanted to check up on her former teacher, but the other part longed to wring a certain boy's neck. No matter what she picked, Ayaka would have to locate them first. The former probably easier than the latter.
Ayaka's gaze was now back on the oni. What was there to do now? It would be weird if she disappeared and took Shadow with her. Alabaster had enough problem at hand. "Where were you headed, Ben-tan?"

(ok we are offically headed downstairs now, Zain and Carl here we come!)  Benten noticed the worry in her voice and softened up a bit. "hey don't worry lass. I'm sure everything going fine" he said reassuringly, patting her on the shoulder gently. He chuckled a bit when she asked him where he was headed "me? well I was just gonna head back, not sure if you want to follow me there" he paused for a momment as a grin came over his face. "or perhaps ya do, but that aint decent on the first meetin. So how about a walk? I aint even drunk yet so as long as there aint any obstacles I can do that just fine" he offered her his arm, but suddenly paused, as though trying to remember something. "i just realized sometin lass. You never gave me your name back. to be honest I don't mind just callin ya lass, but I'm sure your real names a heck of alot prettier than that"
