Meia15 Objection! Ughhh... Does anyone know what to do when you get an anxiety attack?
I've been getting them lately and I wanna know what to do to stop them. OTL
At least make them less frequent or less... worse...?
I've tried relaxing and calming down, but I can't seem to do so... Take that! PM me... tell me what it is exactly...

This is a rant:
Ok so i post, a thread in the Profile forum asking for opinions about my background.specifically.
Instead i get some dude insulting me and my profile. I ask him to stop quoteing me but said person kept doing it. Saying that he is trying to "educate" me.
This pisses me off ! because i do not want anyone's opinion forced on me.
