My job seems to be jerking me around a bit. I mentioned that coin flip of enough hours versus 9 and 10 hour days. Well now they are putting me on a couple overnights this week and next. With no time to adjust, I have to do morning shifts, and then do two midnight shifts, and then back to mornings. It wears me out just hearing about it. sweatdrop

So much for being around... Internet is okay here, but busy & tired.
That's rotten of them. It really wreck your circadian rhythm to have to work overnight only sometimes.

Indeed. I am due to do it again this weekend. Friday into Saturday, then again Saturday into Sunday. Technically, I believe I get Sunday "off", but as I work Monday morning at 6am and work till 6am on Sunday, there is no real day off there. I hope this is the end of it.
On a side note, I am considering 'closing' the refuge. Just shutting down and deleting all the unnecessary bits. Why pretend it is a vibrant RP guild when nobody is even visiting? Leave it open for people to chat in, but basically admit that this place is beyond dead.

Thank you. I'm not gonna actually strangle you, btw. But, I'm still sore about the original RP I met Zahzi in being gone. And I remember how horrified you were when I purged the member list for the guild, and removed some old friends of yours that you had wanted to keep in the guild for old times' sake. I think it would be a travesty to "clean up" the guild. Even though we don't use it anymore, there's still a lot of fond memories here that someone else might want to come back to.
