That's a very good point. Well, ladders and stuff can be explained somewhat with pro as balance and upper body strength, but... I try to think most things through before I have him do stuff (which is frustrating as hell when the tent is burning and you know you need to run over there, but ICARUS CAN'T REALLY RUN DAMMIT) But there's actually a guy in my school who lost a leg in a car accident, and he can pretty much do everything we can by himself (except ride a bike, but... eh. big deal.) so I know that it's at least possible.

... Seriously tho. How does a one-legged man have sex? Isn't it kind of awkward? Has Icarus even gotten any action since the accident anyways?

Rose's NQT Circus 101 Crash Course Pt.1

First things first... GOTHIQUE!

They haven't really appeared in the RP yet, so most things are pretty fuzzy. But Madame Silencieux hates Gothique, particularly Loyal, with a burning raging passion, the reasons for which will be explained later. ON TO THE NEXT CIRCUS.

Now the circus bent on world domination... NOIRE!

Ringmaster - MADEMOISELLE SILENCIEUX (Sorry Sil, but I must say this is a major PAIN to spell. :c I blame French.)
- She's not human. She's a shapeshifter, this ancient species that generally avoids other races and... well... Shapeshifts. She can only shapeshift into animals that she's studied before, but considering the fact that Shapeshifters have ridiculously long life spans (as in, hundreds and thousands of years!! No, she's not as young as she looks!), the number of forms she's mastered could be countless.
- She hates Gothique. HATES them. A long time ago, she got caught in a horrible snowstorm, went to Gothique for shelter. The a*****e ringmaster back then (not Loyal) captured her once he found out she was a shapeshifter. Then he caged and abused her for many many years, until she was freed by a curious and kind circus worker. She ran away, then decided to form her own circus in order to show the world how evil circuses are. Makes sense, eh? But then again, being locked up for that long doesn't do good things to your sanity.
- The fact that she has a magical pendant with an evil spirit named Izunala trapped inside it and trying to take over her body/mind/whatever slowly probably contributes to her descent into lunacy.
- She uses this magical pendant to turn people into chimera beasts for her shows. Fun fun fun. The rest of her circus does not know this.

ALEX
- He's French. And has a horribly long and difficult to memorise full name that I can't be bothered to look up right now. But don't worry about his full name. THAT MAN IS DEAD. c:
- Long story short, he was sold by his dad to a marquis who used him as a boy toy and turned him into the manwhore he is now. He tried to escape twice. The first time he failed, and as a result he has a fleur de lys (sp?) branded in the back of his neck. The second time succeeded, he came to Noire, and fell in love with Mademoiselle Sil. No, we don't know what he sees in her either.
- He's a manwhore who'll sleep with anyone (or thing?) for books or alcohol. He's also drunk a large portion of the day.
- He's clairvoyant. Fortune telling powers and the like. He uses tarot cards most of the time, but often rigs them to make customers happy. He has a knack for reading the stars, and sometimes gets, like, psychic brain blasts of some sort that leave him kinda high and loony. Last time, it made him drop kick a kitten.
- He's epic bros with Ace. <3
- He's Sil's left hand, because she can trust him. But only when he's sober.

ACE
- He's bloody adorable, and the only truly innocent person in this whole RP. Srsly.
- He's a magician, and can do all sorts of REAL magic. Unfortunately, he's not so good at offensive magic, so if he gets in a fight, he's usually pretty defensive.
- He has a magical bunny (MagiBani) named Bee. Bee bullies him a lot.
- He's adorable and bakes stuff in a pink apron.
- He's adorable.
- He's pretty naive and childish and gets bullied easily, especially by Sin.
- He's adorable.
- HE AND ALEX HAVE BEAUTIFUL BROTHERSHIP AND BROMANCE.
- He's pretty much Sil's right hand, since he's the only sane and dependable one around here.

SIN
- Or should I say Reivyn 'Sin' Devereux? ... You know what, just stick with Sin.
- Snake tamer. Has a whole bunch of snakes around with her, but particularly an albino python (?) named Goliath.
- She's part snake too. Detachable jaw, pale blue scales, eats raw meat, super flexible. All the deets.
- She's really pretty, she knows it and isn't afraid to use her looks to get what she wants.
- She's actually just this huge party girl, and is very unabashedly corrupted. Morals? Religion? Justice? Honor? Ffff, screw that s**t! That's pretty much her philosophy. The world's screwed up as it is, so why not make your descent to hell as glamorous, complete and FUN while you can?
- The user who plays her isn't on very much anymore. :'c Jack...
- Eli is her usual sidekick/partner-in-crime

ELI PIPER (one a' my charries c smile
- Androgynous, gender-confused, self-proclaimed 'lady' who can't decide whether to refer to self as 'he' or 'she'. Is actually a hermaphrodite, but just keeps it hush hush and allows others to decide which gender they want Eli to be.
- I don't really know which way of pronouncing 'Eli' to use either. Use the masculine "EE-lai" or the more feminine "EH-lee" or a mix of both. What care I?
- Juggler, and pretty good (not to mention addicted) to what he/she/it does. Juggling's pretty much the only thing that Eli thinks he/she/it is good at anyways.
- High school drop out, ex-con artist, ex-inmate and ex-moocher-off-living-in-a-catholic-church. The last one in particular did not end well.
- Loves to cause trouble and raise hell. Usually found with Sin, whom Eli semi-worships. But then, Eli adores pretty much anything that's well... "Pretty".
- Loves to bully (ex? NAAAH.)tent-mate Iyokou, a.k.a. Yoyo. Loves to freak out the germophobe, either by drolling, hugging or licking him. Thinks Yoyo's really pretty tho.
- colorblind and a packrat who loves to collect random garbage. obviously this does not sit well with Yoyo's condition.

IYOKOU ARATA
- Ribbon dancer and acrobat. As a result of this, he's lean, but buff. Doesn't look like it, but, seriously, ALL ACROBATS ARE BUFF, ok?
- He has purple hair with green streaks, and has a very... Unique sense of fashion. It's very revealing. But it looks very hot as well.
- He's got a really weak immune system and gets sick really badly really easily. Because of this, Iyokou is a total germophobe, and always wears a surgical mask on his face, though some of these masks are beautiful and decorated. He takes them off when he's showering tho. <3
- He's a mommy's boy, and his happiest memories are of gardening with his mom. Sadly, both his parents are dead now.
- Constantly feuding and arguing with Eli, his tent mate. Pretty much hates Eli's guts, and thinks that the juggler is a peeping tom, pervert, stalker etc. etc.
- Also hates Arashi's guts. Arashi's after him too. Oh Yoyo, why must thou attract all the perverts?
