Its because its his four throats.
He's exhaling, sort of like Force Scream, but this yell is enhanced by the force.

Ithorians have two mouths. What he did was empower his yell with the force, creating, in essence, a powerful wind canon.
Non Ithorian jedi cant pull it off.

Xaron the destroyer Cool, But why didn't they join the empire? They could have been llike shock troops or something. they're pacifists by nature, more content to raise crops and practice Botany than engage in war. The're descended from grazing Herbavores, so they are not violent creatures.

Xaron the destroyer Oh...DO you know what race Durge is? I know most of his background except his race. He's a Gen'dai. Durge is an odity for them as he's a violent sociopath.
