Yuki nodded her head slightly, casting his arms and chest an anxious glance before looking back to his face. She listened quietly, ears drooping against her head. Then she frowned, and crawled towards him, her face just in front of his so hopefully he'd finally look at her. "If it was meant to happen," she said quietly, hoping he wouldn't think she was being too mean. "Then you really shouldn't blame yourself for it. And he said he'd come back, so he will. He wouldn't want to see you like this, would he?" That was a gamble.. She really didn't know anything about his brother.

Lee at first looked past her, he couldnt look at her eyes. When she froze that wall infront of him he was about to attack her but luckily michael had stopped him. Lee finally looked to her but only to her chin, "I dont know cause I didnt know him well enough," he said looking to her lips but stopping so that his eyes could not meet hers. It was rather childish but he still couldnt look to her eyes. He could see his brother dying over and over again in his head, something didnt add up right, something went wrong there. Lee just couldnt figure it out right now.

Yuki bit her lip, not sure what to do. She glanced around them and then back to him again, shaking her head slightly. "Hey, you're not allowed to do that.." she said quietly. "I'm the one who can't look people in the eyes, not you, remember?" She hesitated, and then slowly reached out, taking his face gently in her hands and turning it towards herself. She looked directly at him, face extremely close, yet her face didn't turn red at all. She was too worried to pay attention to that right now. "...stop thinking about it," she whispered. "It'll be ok."

Lee looked directly into her eyes now and felt the guilt overwhelm him fully. It crushed his insides and made the pain in his arms and chest feel like relief. He wished his physical pain was all he felt but now the emotionaly pain seemed to numb that out. His brothers death faded in his head and he say himself looking to Yuki in rage from earlier replacing the memory of his brothers death. Lee clenched his fist on the ground and felt his red eye burnning from it. "I almost attacked you when you stopped me from killing Michael," he said keeping his eyes to hers and feeling the pain in his chest rise to his heart, "I almost tried to kill you," he added.

Yuki didn't even blink. She'd been expecting that. Honestly, she had expected him to attack her when she'd done it in the first place. Hearing him admit it just confirmed her thoughts, but nothing more. She didn't let it bother her. Besides, it wouldn't have been the first time someone she trusted turned on her... Though, it might've hurt a little more if he actually had. It definitely would've... She quickly pushed this thought away. "...I know," she said bluntly, though her voice was still quiet. She set her forehead against his, just barely touching, and closed her eyes. "But you didn't," she went on, and then smiled very faintly. "And even if you had, I would've been fine. You've never seen me fight so you don't know what I can do. So don't worry about it, please?" She was trying to stay positive, but if she lingered on the thought too long, she'd probably start crying... And she really did not want that at the moment.

Lee closed his eyes and answered, "and for that I cant forgive myself," he opened them back dazingly but only halfy. "I would have been out of control if I would have released that energy to atack you, I would blame them for it till they were dead then I would have sent myself so much pain I would wis death," he said closing his eyes again. "I only have you to thank for saving Michael's life and he for saving me from attacking you," he sighed lightly, "I know you can befend yourself and probably could have blocked the attack or dodged it but still the fact of me doing it would kill me more deeply inside than anything."

Yuki bit her lip again when he spoke, staring into his eyes the entire time. Even when he'd closed them, she didn't look away. Her ears were drooping though, almost flat against her head, and the three constantly moving tails had finally stopped, just lying motionless on the ground around them. She blinked a few times and then shook her head, finally closing her eyes, her head bowing. She pulled her hands back from his face, and instead covered her own. "I-I said it's ok," she whispered faintly, and not because Yuki was taking control again. No, the two voices were still speaking together. The stammer was from her attempting not to cry. "It's ok so just... You didn't and... He'll come back so.. so it'll be... f-fine.." She trailed off though, not sure what to say. She didn't know what to do now.

Lee kept his eyes closed for awhile longer till he heard her stammering again. 'Why do I smell salt, sweet but still salt,' he thought to himself. Lee opened his eyes and looked to Yuki, raising his head to see her hands on her own face and the smell thickened as he looked to her. 'Its her, she is... about to cry,' he thought to himself then placed a hand to herr face, "you're right, he will find away back," he said to her as his hand gently went over hers. "I shouldnt ponder on any of this now, I should stand for what I believe in, no regrets," he said pulling one hand away from her face. "Just dont cry cause of this all happenning please," he spoke in a choking voice but kept his eyes to hers, "I couldnt stand that at all, it would hurt me more than my aches do."

Yuki nearly jerked away when he touched her, old habits returning, but she stopped herself at the last second. Her ears twitched, but remained drooping, as she listened to him speaking. Then she very slowly nodded her head, letting her one hand slowly be pulled away. She was biting her lip really hard, trying to keep herself calm, and both eyes were tightly shut. She had lingered on the thought too long, of him actually trying to kill her, and it'd had time to really sink in. "...ok," she said weakly. "I won't.. I'm ok..." She took a deep breath and then pulled her other hand away, looking back at him again. "It'll be ok.." she said again, very faintly.

Lee was relieved that she wasnt going to cry now and let out a soft sigh. His heart was aching in his chest and his blod pumped through his veins so rapidly it burned to move. Lee noticed his hand was still holding hers and slowly released it. "I'm sorry," he said faintly, "I'm sorry I had to tell you that, I shoudl have just kept it to myself," he added somberly. Lee kept his eyes locked to hers in silence after that. Hs mind replaying everything that had just happened.

Yuki just shook her head, slowly withdrawing her hand when he released it. She set it and her other in her lap as she bit her tongue again, hopefully so he wouldn't notice. But it didn't matter that he'd told her. She'd already known. It was just... a little harder to take actually hearing it from him. "It's fine," she said again quietly, staring right back at him, hardly even blinking. Again, she didn't know what to do... Should she try to get him to leave so he could take his mind off it or.. something? But for now she didn't move.

Lee nodded and just looked away, thinking to himself on how to just drop it, but found none. He planted his fist to the ground and scrapped a small bit of flesh from his knuckles. It wasted all the thoughts in his head and focused his attention on just his knuckle. "We should leave before my head looks like my knuckles," he said laughing slightly and showing her his knuckle. "Come on, lets get something to eat," he said smiling as if nothing happened and stood on his legs.

Yuki jumped slightly, ears flattening back when he scraped his hand on the ground. She stared at his hand, her eyes rather wide, and then shifted her gaze to his face for a moment. At first she didn't move, but then she slowly nodded her head, a weak smile upon her face. "Yeah, let's go," she agreed softly, pushing herself to her feet as well. She glanced around, then back to him. "To the dining hall or somewhere else?" she asked curiously, glad to have a distraction. She kept glancing at his chest and arms, and now his knuckles as well, but didn't offer to heal them. He'd probably refuse... He should at least bandage them up though! But she didn't want to mention going to the hospital.

Lee nodded and stood next to Yuki, "alright to the dinning hall then," he said smiling, fighting the urge to run from this place and break down somewhere. He wouldnt let it affect him now, he had to let himself be fine now. To let his brothers death just begone from his mind. Lee looked deeply into Yuki's eyes and smiled as if it had all been a dream. If that were only true, was all he could think to himself about it being a dream. Lee lifted his arm slowly and shot a wind to push it open for Yuki and him.

Yuki nodded, then reached out and took his hand without a word, slowly starting off towards the dining hall. She didn't want him to run away. Though, if she were in his place, she'd probably run away, so maybe she was being hypocritical... She pushed the thought away, instead smiling faintly at the door when it opened. She squeezed his hand lightly, perhaps hoping it'd offer at least a little comfort and let him know she was there to help, and then exited the arena.
