In a couple of months my town will be filled with tourists because Jamestown's 400th anniversary. I hear the queen of england is coming to visit during the weekend of may 11th, along with the President. Jamestown was the first successful English settlement in North America, and the second European settlement that people still live in, second only to St. Augustine Florida. This year New Years will be quite crowded too!

(BTW, thanks for the amusing link you posted. ninja ) (You're welcome!) And, it does get old after a while. Since the queen will be their they're will be a lot of tourists, and that means more traffic and less parking for us!

That's right, winter can't really be known as the quiet season, can it? I can think of more ways it's not. *looks both ways, whistling*
*turns and opens a freezer door*
*produces a couple snowballs and launches them at Miyakoume and Animeia_lives*
*calmly piles a few more into her arms and settles down on a cushioned chair, sending assaults toward Dalinn and Mekryd and Rivi next*
*is grinning like a madman Santa*
