THIS AGREEMENT IS AMMENDED!!Kamiki EchoLimaFoxtrot Co-Ownership agreement for Nagual-An
between Kamiki and EchoLimaFoxtrot EchoLimaFoxtrot gets full RPing rights for her; though, both owners get input in major decisions, like choosing a mate. Once mated, she will only mate with her mate. (No cheating or OOC breeding, etc). Kamiki gets "control" of her first breeding (gets the basket, or chose who to give said basket to). She gets to choose who she breeds with if she's not mated yet in the RP. EchoLimaFoxtrot gets "control" of her second breeding, also choosing who she breeds with this time she she's not mated off. And both owners will work together if she ever gets her third breeding. Either co-owning the basket, or chosing together who to give it to. Chances are by this time she will have a mate. Just quoting to agree that this cool :3 The only thing is - in case Kamiki has another pair in a current breeding raffle - the order of breedings may get switched around, and she can count as "ELF only" for breeding purposes. (ie - I lot of colorists have only been allowing 1 entry per owner. If I have a different Soquili somewhere else, I would still like ELF to be able to enter Nagual as if she was hers. She would reap the benefit from the breeding). The new agreement for Nagual-An is as follows: EchoLimaFoxtrot has full rights to: + Siggy-candy - showing off Nagual-An as she wants. + RP Rights - to... do with whatever and however it is decided. + All Breedings - to breed with who she chooses and allocates baskets as she wants. + Lifemate Choosing - to the stud of her dreams *coos at Ashling?*. + Everything Else - though cannot and will not take co-ownership from Kamiki <3 Kamiki has full rights to: + Siggy-candy - showing off Nagual-An as she wants. If EchoLimaFoxtrot is gone from Gaia for more than 3 months, and all attempts at PM, IM, or phone calls, goes without answer, then Kamiki has the right to do with the mare as she likes until EchoLimaFoxtrot returns. Neither owner can take co-ownership from the other.

 Basket to be Co-Owned between myself and Tara, with myself as the 'Primary' owner. Shared between myself, Bubblegum Flavored Pandy and Tara (Johanna K. Gambino) on the above basket are the following rights: -Out of Character Roleplay -In Character Roleplay -Sig Rights I get decision rights over mating, and, in the case of breeding, myself and the other owner will each get a basket, and Tara will receive the third if this should happen, unless there are extenuating circumstances with the other owner. In the 2nd breeding, the same situation will take place IF Tara received a basket in the first breeding. If not, she receive priority and I receive the extra basket if possible. If a 3rd breeding takes place, we will discuss it then. I would also like to be consulted on all plots/vital roleplay events.

 Firstly - Nessariah and Antigra both agree that their Soquili is, exactly, the sex. That being said, the co-ownership rights are as follows: Antigra- RP rights - Sig rights - Input in all breeding - Priority in choosing a lifemate. Nessariah- Sig rights - Input in all breeding - Say in choosing a lifemate. Breeding ProcedureAt any time, Antigra or Nessariah may breed Dabih. Agreement is needed from both owners for any breeding. Baskets will be determined on upon receiving them, and will be distributed as both see fit. This co-ownership agreement may never be broken, but if there is an absence, during which time one co-owner may not be reached, the other owner is entitled to ONE breeding. There can be no lifemating without permission from both owners. Dabih may not be dressed as a twenty-cent floozy and put on the corners of Gaia unless it's agreed that this is only temporary, and he must always use proper protection.

Unfortunately I need to annul the co-ownership agreement I have for Swafi.Jr with Teenine. It was agreed she would roleplay him, but unfortunately, RL got in the way and having not had any contact for a while I PM'ed Teenine and she has relinquished her co-ownership. This being the PM I sent her, and her reply; Teennine Sayuri_Nitta Hiya, I hope everything is okay, I thought I'd touch base as I'm not sure if you're planning on coming back to Gaia or not, I've not seen you post in the Soquili thread for a very long time and you havent touched Swafi Jr's teepee since April '07 ^_^; I understand if you have RL stuff that's preventing you from getting online, believe me I do, but if you could let me know if you're likely to be returning anytime soon, if it isnt going to be for a while, I'll have to dissolve the co-ownership agreement in regards to rp'ing (you can still have him as sig-candy if you do plan on coming back eventually) At any rate, let me know. Thanks.
Though, thank you very much for letting me co-own him in the first place. It was very kind of you. :] I'm just sorry I never got to do anything with him RP-wise.
I hope you find someone who can RP him often. <3 Good luck with things!

 Co-Ownership Agreement between Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for Dyson Graves- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter Dyson into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time) Breeding- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with Dyson. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless Dyson is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding for Dyson will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer ownership of Dyson to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)
