Phobius's expression became neutral, and he inclined his head slightly in agreement, not saying anything else.

Harry gave her a deadpan look. "It's kind of hard not to be worried when I think you've done something that will result in your inevitable doom."
Hedwig have the owl equivalent of a slight smirk before leaning over and lightly pecking Sorren playfully in an owl mimicry of a kiss on the cheek, apparently intent on seeing just how much she could make Sorren fluff up.

(Me too. Fortunately, mine are online. Unfortunately, I have to finish the Spanish one by tomorrow and the Geography one by the day after that.)

Phobius turned a little pink. "I do not do 'cute'," he insisted, nevertheless wrapping one arm around his girlfriend loosely.
"Yes you do, Phobius!" called Eris's voice cheerfully from across the house.
Phobius blinked, idly wondering how the heck she'd heard him from all the way across the other side of the house, but chalked it up to being 'one of those borderline-creepy sixth senses mothers get'... either that, or 'Eris Black being a force of chaos again'; with a mom like her, it was hard to tell which was which sometimes.

Harry blushed, but returned the hug, successfully distracted from the issue of exactly what Katherine had given Phobius.
Hedwig blinked, startled, then gave the owl equivalent of a smirk, giving a hoot along the lines of "it's about time" before nibbling playfully right back... only she didn't stop at the side of his head, if you catch my drift...

Harry watched a moment, curious, before turning neon red even as the owls flew off to continue their... activities. "Er... probably best not to think about it too hard," he managed to get out in a strangled tone of voice.

Phobius turned a little pinker, but let her rest in his arms.

Harry's stomach growled in reply, causing the boy to blush. "Cookies sounds good," he agreed, following Katherine inside.

"You're obviously not going to budge on the matter, so I fail to see why I should waste time and energy arguing about it," was Phobius's predictably logical response, though he still looked a little pink at the mention of being called cute.
"Good to see you're smart enough to give in, kiddo!" came Eris's cheerful voice from across the house... again... seriously, how was she doing that?

(Really, REALLY sorry I took so long - summer classes have me even busier than my other classes... crying Anyway, sure!)

"I think so; I've never really had them," Harry admitted truthfully.
"No clue. Whenever I ask her, she just says that it's, and I quote 'because I'm Eris bloody Black'. I just chalk it up to her being a metaphorical force of chaos," Phobius answered with a shrug.

(No, I like RPing with you! However, at first it was writer's block, and after that... well, forgetfulness + busy-ness + sluggishness does not make for a good combination for remembering to reply to RPs. sweatdrop )

Harry paused; he wasn't a mean person, but there was this small part of him, probably some part of Phobius's vindictive side that had rubbed off on him, that was urging him to say it again so that she'd track them down and torture them.

Phobius's lips twitched upward a little as well, the closest she'd probably get to a laugh from him as he instinctively wrapped his arms around her.

(And again I say: "Sure!")

Harry yelped slightly in surprise, blinking as he abruptly woke up to the feeling of his girlfriend jumping on him. "I'm up, I'm up!" he wheezed, trying to recover from having the wind knocked out of him.
Phobius opened his eyes and sat up, dislodging the covers enough to reveal that he slept at least without a shirt as he kissed Hermione's cheek back. "Good morning, Hermione," he greeted her calmly, seemingly oblivious to his state of shirtlessness. "Merry Christmas."
