 The Rani "Jewls, Jewls, Jewls, what is she your girlfriend or something?" the Rani asked with a sneer as she put away her gun, "The Time Lords are the oldest race in existence, if we can't identify you it's because A) you're a botched experiment no one bothered to catalog or B) we destroyed your entire people and civilization for the good of the Time Continuum! Time Lords have been known to wipe out entire species, got to keep the Universe tidy and all that... plus, when you live as long as we do... you get bored easily."
She chuckled and began tinkering with a piece of machinery.
"Nothing like a Species' Chronocide to help kill a decade or two."

Kea snapped.She grabbed her knife with lightning speed and threw it at Rani.It barley grazed her cheek. Damit I missed!She yelled in a Russian accent.

 Norma didn't get up and stop them like some human or worried person who be, she instead was still sitting down and her eyes followed the knife that Kea threw and missed Rani. "Nice threw I'll give you that..." but in the back of her mind she was glad that it missed Rani or it would have started a war inside the TARDIS. "No offense to both of you but I sure would like to see a fight to the death between you two, who would live and who would die."

The Rani The Rani had anticipated the attack and managed to tilt her head away at just the right time. A thin streak of blood streaked her cheek. She smiled and dabbed a finger over it. Almost immediately, modified platelets she had engineered healed the scratch.
"Aww... did I strike a nerve?" she pouted in a condescending manner, "What? Did you think Time Lords were your fwiends?"
She laughed and resumed her tinkering. "You precious Jewls never told you how we kill species for sport? Oh sure it was illegal, but carried the same sentence as jay walking. Even the Doctor has done it, several times over."

Jewls never did anything like that.She left the timelords because of what they were doing to others.I threw the knife because you think she would do something like that.Kea said.

The Rani "Is that a fact," the Rani said distractedly, "then she's a coward AND a liar. It was practically your initiation into being a grown up... screwing over some species or another..."
The Rani twirled a electro-magnetic screwdriver expertly and removed several bolts from her contraption at the same time.
"I wouldn't be surprised if this Jewls person was your creator and you had an Oedipal syndrome... that means you want to bang your mum... wouldn't want you hurting that precious brain by trying to figure out big words..."
The Rani laughed as she twisted a knob and the small box came to life.
"AHA! Excellent, TARDIS patch through my instructions and demand a status report. Tell the little bastards that I need..." she glanced at Kea and Norma from the corner of her eye, "hn, tell our friends I need the Subject caught by day's end."
"Tough, they want to live I want my specimen, they have 14 hours before I pull the plug."

When Norma heard what Rani saying, thinking that we couldn't complete a task she snapped. "Hey what's that sopose to mean? You think that I can't do something that you Time Lords can't do?!" She tried to calm herself down but this really hit a small nerve that she couldn't ignore, even if it was a Time Lord.

The Rani "You know Norma, not EVERYTHING revolves around you... Earthlings," she rolled her eyes at the word, "the TARDIS was referring to a little unfinished business with some friends of mine. This box was damaged before our arrival to Earth. I have fixed it and the idiots are in for a world of pain if they haven't completed my task. And for the record, no, you can't do what we can because you're Human and it would be like asking a squirrel to do calculus... no offense. Here, have some gold, you humans seem to like it."
She dug into her coat pocket and tossed her a pouch with gold doubloons dating from the 1600's.

"Human?" As Rani tossed the gold towards Norma all she did was just look at it and looked back at Rani. "Ok...." I can't believe I'm going to say this out loud. She yelled in her head. "I'm not an Earthling and I'm not human either but thanks for this gold. I actually might save it or sell it when I go back home." She was examining the gold real carefully and was insteaded on the history it had on Earth.

The Rani The Rani smiled quietly.
"You're practical Norma... I like that," she stated as she began tapping a fingernail on the console. Though sealing the cracks of the Time War was all well and good, she was more interested in continuing her research. In a small moon more than a thousand light-years away, she had released an experiment into the wild. It had adapted well into the ecosystem and now, it was time to recapture it and measure its adaptations... She would have to give her current companions the slip, while her 'assistants' trapped her little beastie. Her mind was full of possibilities and applications for the creature... The Rani hesitated but then nodded. "I'll take it in the BioLab... if you all would excuse me..." she then entered her lab and closed the door behind her though she didn't think it necessary for her to lock it.
On the far wall of her laboratory the wall flickered and became a screen. In it was a badly damaged Movellan. His silver hair was rusted and worn while the left side of his face was showing the circuitry beneath the skin.
"You're late," the Rani scowled coldly.
"Our sincerest apologies Rani, our power reserves are very low it was difficult to sustain-"
"I have no use for excuses, Commander," she stated cutting him off, "I want my subject, have you caught him?"
"Yes, he is restrained, we lost many... but you don't care about that either do you?" he spat bitterly.
"Are you giving me an attitude, Commander? Perhaps it is time for another manual reset," the Rani stated as she picked up a nearby remote control, "I think... 5 bits of memory this time."
"No! Not that! I... Apologies for my behavior, I meant no disrespect..." the Commander cowered and grabbed at his head, "we're just so damaged and in need of repairs Great One... please... Resets hurt us..."
"Pathetic," she sighed and pressed the button on the remote. Immediately the Movellan on the screen began to scream and collapsed as sparks showered out of his head. The Rani then desisted and the Commander shakily got to his feet. "You will measure your words carefully from now on or I will personally go down there and refurbish you and your snivelling little tribe into trash compacters for my TARDIS! Do you understand me?"
"Y-yes," the Movellan Commander trembled, "Apolo-ap-apologies... my empathy banks... have been deleted... what are your orders?"
"And to think you once rivaled the Daleks," the Rani sighed as she began prepping her equipment. "Give the Subject a dose of the serum I sent you once every twelve hours until I arrive."
"Y-y-yes.. I understand mistress Rani..."

Norma just looked at Rani then back at the gold that was tossed to her. "This seems to be in good quality for something from the 1600s." She then put it up in her pocket as Rani left the area to go into another part of the TARDIS. Then she laid down on the floor and stared at the ceilling, "Man, how long does it take for two Time Lords to find a machine in this TARDIS?"
