One of you could always create a throw-away character whose only purpose is to die once the non-team oriented phase begins. It's what I did in TNG back before it died.

well i am taking over grass as there kage, if i have two grass genin, ill put them in a squad with you. ill have to see who is in the grass village though and talk to Luo.
