Cabron the Swan If we're all just pixels...

Our orgies must be very, very boring.
Also, I kinda get what she means. It's more difficult to become intellectually connected to people you don't physically see in your daily life. Not impossible, but there's definitely more of an obstacle to overcome. I can see why to some people it wouldn't be worth the effort. Pretty much. Hate me for being that way I guess, but I love how everyone except LPS ignored me until there was a reason to start something and then even the ones who didnt respond to me jumped in to be some kind of e hero.

Holy s**t, you are absolutely repulsive. I couldn't find your person any more aggravating.
What do you think people do on Gaia? Did you think people actually consider avatars some sort of artistic expression? Or a job? What is this fantasy culture you are hating on? People do this s**t for fun. An outlet for creative energy or just a way to fight boredom. You're oozing venom as if people who take interest in making pretty avatars are some sort of human underdog incapable of appreciating actual art or spending their time on solely lucrative things, and they just took a s**t all over you.
And what's with your retardedly hypocritical attitude? You're all 'bluuh I don't give a s**t about pixels or your opinion' and yet you're not shy to spout hate and get all defensive about your mindset. You make insulting statements out of nowhere and then dare misinterpretate my notion of mild disapproval as some sort of personal attack! When did I try to shove my opinion down your throat? I have never threatened you, your opinion or your obviously twisted sight on this world (up to this point, just in case you didn't realize). In fact, I was just redeeming the very right to keep and voice my own opinion.
You disgust me. This is my opinion about you. Feel free to prove me right with another pretentiously apathic response. BLUUUH INTERNET BLUUUUUUUUH

Mandy Amour Wantcookie Mandy Amour I value some of you, the ones I know. However, this is online and I dont see a point attaching myself to something that isnt real life. If you are mad or upset that our relationship is only pixels, i dont know what to say to you =s Then why bother with us at all, if that's your view? D: So you are saying, I should worship the online ground you walk on, kiss your a**, lie to you and tell you how E-cool you are, and pretend like I cant go a day without talking to you? -.-'..seriously. Stop twisting words and take things at face value. All Im saying is you guys are great to talk to, but im not going to take e life over real life. you may kiss my a** all you like ;D Where did this high-and-mighty attitude come from? xd I was just a little hurt because apparently I'm not a real person, that's all. Listen, though, I think I know what you mean. It's the same reason I wouldn't bother claiming I'm "in a relationship" with anyone online. But you don't have to be a b***h about it. xd

If I wanted to be a hero, I'd table you. mad
No, I kid.
I can see where you're coming from, but I just feel it's counter-productive to being on here in the first place. It's supposed to be a place where you make connections with people. Dont kiss their a** or whatever, just chill, make buddies, etc. Will you ever meet them? Probably not. So what?

I don't have to prove anything, nor should I care you feel that way. It's your opinion so think what you will.

Not impossible, but there's definitely more of an obstacle to overcome. I can see why to some people it wouldn't be worth the effort. You just have to be aware that it's a cerebral connection, as most human interaction eventually boils down to. Yeah, but if you don't spend enough time around a person to develop one, they're always just going to play a role to you. Even in real life. You can chit-chat with the same clerk at the grocery store 20 times and never see them as any more than a clerk. You have to want to cross that boundary to cross it. And if she doesn't want to, who are we to tell her that it's wrong of her to have her priorities elsewhere? If you devoted yourself to getting to know every single person you ever met, you'd never have time for anything else.
I am neutral on this argument and trying to find some middle ground. It's not working, really, but I'mma try anyway.

That's fine, but you don't tell them to they're face that they will never be anything but a hollow shell to you and then proceed to become infuriated (and, even more nonsensical, defensive) when they shed a single tear of black liquid sorrow. EDIT: I concede to her point, but she needs to change her attitude and find a better way to phrase things. :/

Wow, if people could find a way to channel hostility into electricity, the Internet would be the best perpetual energy generator in the history of man. The golden age of rage, if you will.
