Also Stray, that's a very good question. Freeze is one of those villains that just kinda sticks to himself. But if something were to put Nora in danger, then I don't think he would hesitate to go up to Batman himself and ask for assistance to make her safe, even if it meant going back to Arkham for a bit. That's his primary driving force; not wealth, not power, just keeping Nora as safe as possible.

Besides Batman, Luthor might be the closest possible option, but who knows what he'd do. That might just make things worse. Current or former members of the extended Batfamily would be my best guess, since they would be well aware that he doesn't seek them out unless its important. Generally, he just starts doing stuff and lets them come to him, which usually means destruction of property and lack of credibility when they get to the scene. But since he doesn't know who they really are, he'd need someone who knows someone that knows how to get in touch with the Batfamily.......namely, Harley, to Selina, to Batman. Only because I think Selina would be harder for him to find outright.

WW: *writes down notes* I completely forgot about those.......
