I am going to make chocolate-coffee truffles and coat them in icing sugar. It will be magical.
I know how to. I'm going to make the cream, coffee flavored by heating it, and straining it in the coffee grinds. I have all the ingredients- butter is ******** butter-, almost. I still need dark, unsweetened baking chocolate.
Although I asked my mom, and when I told her I wanted to make them, she told me to just eat the ones from the freezer. ._. The Pot of Gold kind.

Oh god, I will join Wylr's roleplay, and all of a sudden, I will turn my character into a bandicoot, and they will talk about their pouch, and australia, and their eating habits.

Aww. I want to make truffles and send like, three to everyone. :c Then I realized that they would melt.
I dunno how to temper chocolate.
I learned. Apparently, I melt some chocolate, and when it's all melted, I put in the rest of the chocolate bar, and then I keep it at around 31-32°C until I use it. Which would be me dipping the truffles into it, and then coating THAT in coconut shavings and icing sugar,
This will be amazing. Coffee Coconut chocolate truffles.
