*hugs Yoder tightly* I'm so sorry that you have had a poor time, my friend.
I managed to finagle out of work on Wednesday, and had Today (thursday) off . . . so I got a weekend. It is nice, but the weather went to holy-balls-cold. o_o When it is -14 degrees outside, it's really too damned cold.

Yeah, this weather pattern has been crazy, what with 2 snowfalls every week punctuated by arctic blasts. CT hasn't been too bad, but I know MA, especially Boston, has been hammered.

This weather pattern's going to keep breaking records, it seems.
I love snow, negatives temperatures... not so much.
Not a bad idea, Skreemer, since salt ceases to act chemically (but not physically) with water at 0 F.

Here, they stop salting if it gets below 16 degrees Fahrenheit. Unless you live here in Punxsutawney, where they had projected snowfall of 5-8 inches today and they don't salt, plow, or do anything at all to assist drivers.
