Chaos Reclaimer Strigoi. That is my idea of a vampire. Like the Nosferatu on steroids Strigoi from Warhammer?

Sparkling is what happens when you neuter vampires, and inject the Mormon philosophy of abstinence into them. Vampires psychologically represent romance and lust, and to remove half of that equation simply nullifies the core of the vampire. Putting glitter on it only makes the ball of poo into a disco ball of poo.

- Pokemon: I like the games and the first 2 seasons of the show. - Digimon: Never got into it. - Powe Ranger: Only the original series back when I was 5. - Harry Potter: Never been a fan, though people I know have dragged me to every movie anyway. - Supernatural: Not a fan of IRL shows. - Deadman Wonderland: Never looked at it, but I'm not a fan of the sub-genre anyway. - Game of Thrones: I vastly prefer LotR to, and I don't really like that GoT seems to do risque things for shock and awe. - Bones: Not a fan of IRL shows. - The X-Files: Not a fan of IRL shows. - Mario and Luigi: I do like the Paper Mario seires, and I've heard great things about the M&L series as well. - F.E.A.R games: Not into horror or action-horror. - Resident Evil Games: Not into horror or action-horror. - Devil May Cry games: Never had the right system or specs for any of them. - Fire Emblem: I really liked Awakening - Batman: I do like Batman (especially the Tim Burton movies and The Animated Series), but I'm not a comic book fan. - Star Trek: I like the first 2 series. - Star Wars: Not a fan. - Godzilla: Not a fan, but Pacific Rim was decent.
I despise sparkly vampies. I love traditional vamps, but, just like Skreemer, I also like different takes on vamps.

I'm okay with different takes on a subject, but when you remove half of the core traits of a being, you lose the basics. Not every vampire needs to be kin to the Lost Boys (though that is an awesome thought), but in no way should they sparkle or be "vampire vegans."
Mierf? What about conker?

Well, your talk of a disco ball turd Magni Sama, just made me think of a disco sequel to the great mighty poo. In other news, I managed to hobble myself with overly long toenails and my steel toed shitkicker boots today whilst Christmas shopping up in Newcastle. I am intensely greatful for my stash of tramadol now. I'm going to go lie in bed, roll a joint and pray that my ankles stop hurting soon.

I'm procrastinating on my final paper and I came into talk about disco turds.
Alright then. Carry on.

Penanggalan. Callicantzaro. Upyr. Asasabonsam. Varacolaci. Upier. Neuntöter. Nelapsi. Brahmaparusha. Strigoi. Vampire. That seem like a list of random, nonsensical words up until the end. However those are vampiric creatures, each from a different culture and part of the world. Point being, there are many different takes on the same core concept. All of those are fairly terrifying too. Without sparkles or being made of stone. Especially the Nelapsi or the Brahmaparusha. I'd love to see a sparkle vampire meet one of those.
I also came to the conclusion that the vampires in twilight aren't actually vampires. I had an idea as to what they were when I first came up with this concept. But I think it was they are simply golems, or something along those lines.

In case anyone was wondering, and didn't care to look it up, the Brahmaparusha is a vampire with no weaknesses other than (maybe) an aversion to sunlight. It kills a person, then uses their skull to sip their body's blood for several days then devours the brain when it's finished. If that wasn't bad enough, it's hunger is never sated with a single person and it often kills several people in succession before it's entirely full. But wait, there's more. It doesn't just eat the corpses or dispose of them: it gathers the intestines, wears them like a suit, then preforms a macabre ritual dance.
