I can't promise daily active, but I'm getting back to being active on here. Job changes really screw with a person.

@Magni: As a vacation should, to some degree; otherwise you yearn for it too much afterward.
@Eveee: Welcome to the RPR! HP as in Lovecraft? If so, you might like Skreemer's current RP, The Department. We're all nerds here to some degree, so you're in good company. You needn't be concerned about getting kicked out for post quality. We're not strict, we just like to encourage literacy. Daily activity isn't necessary; I struggle with it to given Real Life sometimes.

Three finals left - two exams tomorrow, and a paper due on Friday.

Last couple guilds, and a few off-Gaia forums, required daily posts. I actually got booted from one for not posting during a huge power outage in my old town. Idiotic, but it happens.
Wicked Lily, you are correct. I'd like to get into Lovecraft as well, though. But I am always first and foremost the biggest Potterhead in the Midwest. My boyfriend hates it.

Well, if you want to read any Lovecraft stuff, it's all on the creepypasta wiki for free. I'd say the Department is playing with Lovecraftian tropes more than outright Lovecraft. Probably reflects my growing change of influence in my short horror works to Thomas Ligotti. Speaking of which, I have the total arc of story stuff planned out now and written down, so that if for whatever reason we're forced to abandon the roleplay you guys will at least be able to see the eventual fates of everyone as well as adventures we've not had. Horrible, mind shredding adventures. With characters who aren't strictly mentally well in the first place.

Ah, thanks, Bliss. I'm not much of a HP fan, which is probably why I didn't get it.
Congrats, Welian! My best friend is also currently in the midst of finals.
Wow, that's crazy, Eevee. I get the want to encourage activity, but that's very strict.
Ah, good to hear you've got it all mapped out, Skreemer!

-Not a pokemon fan, really -Loved Digimon. -Rangers is a guilty pleasure at times -If you can't appreciate Potter, I don't know about you. -Supernatural never grabbed me. -Same for Deadman Wonderland -Game of thrones . . . keep meaning to start that one. -Bones is eh. I like the humor at times, but to me just another cop show. sick of cop shows. -X-files, before my time. -Mario? meh. Some good, some bad. -Fear games, never played. -Resident evil? 1 was good. 2 was awesome, 3 was good, 4 was quite interesting, and that's all I've played. -Devil may cry? not my bag. Played, had fun, moved on. -fire emblem, never played. -Batman . . . there is a reason he is the only recurring and successful DC movie franchise. -Trek and Wars both have a place in my heart. -Gojira is nice.
home safe, and off to work. Yay and ehhhh respectively.

I already love this guild. whee
Hopefully I can join a thread or even create one soon. I have hundreds of ideas floating about my head all the time. Just hope I don't mix them up too badly.
Where does everyone stand with the whole vampire thing going on now, by the way? If anyone here thinks they sparkle, we are now mortal enemies.
I've had screaming matches in a Wal-Mart concerning this. It was fun to have twenty people back me up while I made a teenager cry.

I'm... well since I abandoned my awkward goth phase vampires became a bit less interesting, though I like working with new variants. Hence why the Departverse vampires are weaponized slavic spider women who like to decapitate men and drink their blood.
