A crimson blush cam to her cheeks, but she looked back to the books, the blush fading. "My Grandfather and grandmother.... well... were..... adventurous and experimental......" She said, pulling a few more books off the shelf.

"Hm ... " he replied absently, turning the book back around and flipping a few more pages. It really WAS interesting, but not what they were looking for now. A bit reluctantly, he put it back ... being sure to note where it was, for later ... and went to the table where the other was tossing books. He now picked up one of those and started flipping through it.

Tenjou pulled a few more books off the shelf as the images of the kama sutra flooded her mind. Yes, she had read it. She just shook her head and moved over to the table, picking up a book and searching through it.

Shrugging, Liozu grinned up at the bird. "Yes. I like rain." He chuckled and pointedly ignored the flash of annoyance from his sword. Earth, on the other hand, didn't have much passion for rain, and tended to stay inside its sword while Liozu was out prancing around in it.
Meeya looked up at the now-large Hayate, and smiled hesitantly. "That's good. But... Won't there be more youkai where Micoi is? And at least those two youkai women will be there, and we had trouble with them. What's to say we can handle them now?" Meeya wasn't really that much of a cynist, but he did have a tendency to see things from the "worst-case scenario" type of way. And they had just been in a fight, which they had lost, how were they supposed to win in the youkai's stronghold/castle?

"Yea, let's get going, who knows what they're doing to her?" Midare seconded that. Then she walked over to Hayate, who knelt down, and climbed on the dragon's back, sitting in front of where the wings joined to its body.

While scanning through one of her grandfather's old book, she found an exact sketch of the glaive of which Nashorme now posessed. "Nashorme... I found that passage about the glaive... Come here..." She gave him a gentle wave over.

Nash looked up from the book he was flipping through and walked over to where she was. He left the glaive itself leaning against a wall.

Her eyes watched as Nashorme approached and her sharp nail tip pointed to the youkai language, she then read the passage aloud.
"Sekkai Dionaio, A glaive with a long blade at the black handle end. When active, it is quite powerful with demon aura and mana magic, and it glows a hot white. This glaive was a gift from the first Queen of the rebuilt Arnias, to protect the demon lord or lady. The reason for this is due to the opposing weapon that could kill the Demon lord or lady called the Serdos Diokane, but this weapon has been lost since the end of the Great Dragon wars. The weapons were created by the first King of the rebuilt Arnias, who created them becasue his Queen worried about what would happen if the balance got tipped and the current youkai leader, whoever that now was, got out of hand. And vise versa."
Her eyes turned back to Nashorme as she finished.

Nash leaned over her shoulder to read along ... he couldn't read the youkai language, but he could pretend he could. When she had finished, he stood up straight again and looked over at the glaive. "So ... this is meant to protect you?" he mused. "Then that is what I must do."

Closing the book as it vanished, appearing in her room, she moved to stand next to Nashorme. A flicker of myschieviousness in her eyes as she reached a hand over to his chin, making his face look to her as she placed a soft kiss on his lips. "Good luck with that, My Kitty." Then she licked his nose before relesing his chin, heading for the door.

Nash blinked for a good two minutes after she left, jaw hanging open. Then he finally shut his mouth and forced his mind to start working again. Had she just ... yes. Yes, she had. But ... why? I mean, yes he had started to notice she seemed attracted to him. But was that all it was? Or was it ... more?
After a moment or two more, he walked over to the glaive and picked it up, spinning it idly. "Don't suppose YOU have any thougths on this, do you?" he asked it jokingly.
You're actually asking me?
Nash jumped and nearly dropped the sharp end of the glaive on his own foot.
Why does everyone always DO that?
"Maybe because they don't expect a glaive to suddenly start TALKING! Much less mentally..."
Hm. Well, YOU'RE the one that woke me up, so get used to it.
"Who are you, anyway?"
I'll tell you the whole story later ... for now, why don't you go take that shower you were heading for before your lady-fried distracted you? You could use it.
Nash glared at the weapon. "Oh great, I'm being given hygiene (sp?) lessons by a glaive." But he DID still want a shower so he headed to his room.

Twirling a small bladed object around her finger, which was on a long wire as she headed in the direction of not her room, but the dragon princess's, for a little business. She smirked and gave a soft chuckle as the weapon vanished, and she entered the princess's room.
Looking at the sleeping future queen, she smirked. "How easy it was... I wonder if Grandfather had this much ease.." Moving closer, she moved the covers down, looking to the dragon's armour. "Hm..." Waving a hand down from her head to her feet, the amour vanished, appearing in Tenjou's room, before replaced by it was a white, light dress.

Not long after Tenjou had left the future Dragon Queen's chamber the door opened once again and a crimson eyed female stepped inside the room, closing the door soundlessly. Stepping over stone floor and a beautifully patterened, red and gold colored rug, the youkai calmly, without any hesitation, walked up to the bed. Extending a hand, Jindra gently touched Micoi's cheek, fingertips ghosting over the soft skin. "You made us quite interested, no... Audra?" The black haired female said with a smirk. And with that, the youkai turned sharply on her heel, her dress's skirt flaring all around her. Walking a few steps away from the bed, Jindra pulled out a stool and sat down on it, her eyes now closed. Lifted her arms, the light, transparent, sparkling, dark midnight blue sleeves that were attatched where the dress and its thin straps that hung over the shoulders sat, showing off the edge of of said body part, cascaded gracefully down on either outer side and pooled in an arch below her arms. A few seconds went by and a shimmering, yellow light sparkled to life, a large harp fading into existence. When the instrument looked tangible the youkai opened her eyes, smiling warmly. "Now, your Highness... sing for us." And the slender hands descended upon the silvery strings, a melody rippling forth as the metal threads moved. The sound was romantic, haunting, pleasant and intoxicating at the same time, and it filled the room. If the dead could have heard it they would be dancing a waltz in the bedchamber at this very moment. Jindra's eyelids slowly fell until they were totally closed. How irritating it was to not be able to work alchemy or even alchemy related spells without Audra, it gnawed upon her patience and one day it might just be gnawed in two, making her do something about it to not snap. It was equally irritating that she needed an instrument to do this otherwise simple, simple spell.
((o.0 Much... XD;; ))
