I don't even know who the second one is, but I'm going to say Naruto just because I can and I want to.
Who do you think is the most fearsome demon out of these Yoko Kurama (Yu Yu Hakusho), Seshomaru (Inuyasha), Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho), or Naraku (Inuyahsa)? (Sorry, I couldn't think of anymore animes that had demons in it at the moment.....)

I think it's a tie, between Sesshomaru and Yoko Kurama. Because they both have that exceedingly cold characteristic about them.
Who do you think has the most destructive power:
Naruto Uzumaki (Naruto), Yusuke Urameshi (YuYu Hakusho), or Inuyasha (Inuyasha)?

It's hard to say, but I think I'm going to have to say Naruto, but only when he is in kyubi form.
Who do you think is most useless in a fight Orihime Inoue (Bleach), Lucy Heartfilia (Fairy Tail), Sakura Haruno (Naruto), or Kagome Higurashi (Inuyasha)?

most useless....that would depend on the timing.
If it's them towards the beginning of their series, it would be a tie between Sakura and Orihime.
But at present, I think it'd probably be Kagome...

I can't decide btween Jiraiya and Jin. I've always found Jin to be quite funny.
Who is your favorite femal character from Yu Yu Hakusho Botan, Keiko, or Yukina, or Shizune (I think that is Kuwabara's sister's name)?

They're all great characters, but I'd go with Yukina as I generally like yuki onnas in the many anime/mangas I look into. (yeah, Kuwabara's sister is Shizune)
If the younger Toguro never became a demon, do you think something would have happened between him and Genkai? yes or no?

Yes since they tend to depend on each other at times and trust each other enough to cover each others backs.

That is a tough one, but I think I would have to say Sensui for no pertucular reason.
