Luo1304 Not necessarily Lothar. A sannin could still tromp all over a genin sage, a jounin too. It's really how you use your abilities that makes you good or not, not what abilities you have. Plus I'm certain before becoming a sage, we'll set up requirements, so it's not like we'll have four sages pop up at the same time. I dont think genin can become sages.....

Yeah genin will not be sages. Not happening. They wouldn't have the ability to do the training. Look how many of those frog statues there were when naruto did it. A lot of people have tried, most fail. At least jounin.

Naruto was classified as a genin, granted he definitely WASN'T. It was just an example people, a hypothetical if you will.

I guess we might make an exception with you gregar. But I suspect that it won't be something that will take a week. I would make it take atleast that long and would come in different parts. It's not like, your a sage, your done. I mean The Toad Sage(Can't spell his name), his sage mode was imperfect.
And yeah I know naruto did it, but seeing how chakra levels are based off of rank in this guild it really won't happen like that. I guess if a demon does it we'll need to make an exception.

I don't think that genin should be able to be sages period I think that you should have to be at least jounin to learn sage arts, I mean just because you're the original summoner (the way greg will be the original summoner for snakes and i'll be the original summoner for wolves) it doesn't mean you can immediately start learning sage arts
and like luo said, naruto might have technically been a genin, but he was at least a high powerful chunin if not jounin in terms of power level
