Luo1304 I apologize, I wanted to read over everything that had been said before I came in to judge. And by the time I caught up a good deal of things had been resolved. I need to go over a few things about the weapon itself. You say it can be cracked/broken and would then be unable to hold what I'm assuming is Yuki bloodline chakra. If that's the case, is the scythe just a normal steel I'm assuming? Also, what's the rate of leaking if that happens? Just throwing this out there, I'd put it at -3 CP per post if that were to happen. Also, this fog business. What's the chakra cost for doing that and over what amount of time(posts) does it create fog? Cause I mean if you're going to have suiton as an element the Kirigakure no jutsu already does this. Well it is made of hardened rare earth metals. Basically a version of hardened titanium but in the naruto world... Really couldn't come up with a naruto equivalent. Isn't the Kirigakure no jutsu based in the mist village only?

Because he changed weapons styles Masaki's original intended weapon (a sword) is as good as useless, so this will replace it.  Name of weapon:Owner: Masaki Village: Kirigakure Type: Tonfa (pair) Manufacture: Special Order from the Kirigakure weaponsmiths The Range of the weapon: Normally a foot long, can be extended up to 4 feet Weakness: Save for the metal reinforcement, the tonfa are made of wood which is flammable. Requires chakra to use any special properties Description: A set of customized wooden tonfa, 1 foot in length. Inside the tonfa has metal reinforcement. The length of these tonfa can be extended by spending 2 chakra per foot, up to 4 feet in length, or 1 foot in width to form a shield. Small changes to the shape can also be made such as a pointed end, or a slight curve. The reinforcement only covers the original length, as it is not wood it cannot be extended. Only Mokuton users can take advantage of these properties. Attached to the tonfa are leather straps which can slide the length of the weapon, allowing the user to his/her their hands without being completely disarmed.

Name of weapon: "Kami" Scythe
Who owns the weapon: Amira Amane [Not Yet Approved]
Where it was found/Who made it: After years of trial and error, Amira has come to find the perfect mechanics to make the weaponry work the way she wishes it to. Her genius moment was accomplished while in her stay at Kumogakure no Sato
The Range of the weapon: 7 feet full extension [Pole], 5 feet [Blade]
Weakness: Wielding this weapon makes it extremely difficult for the user to move freely. Movement speed is reduced by half right off the bat.
Description: "Kami" is a scythe made by Amira's hand specifically for one purpose. The gems on either side of the black metal pole are infused and charged with her specific chakra signature. While in the hands of anyone other than the Amane, the weapon's full weight is felt at about 400 lbs. Due to her chakra signature, she is the only one who can wield the weapon at least as freely as if it weighed only ten to twenty pounds. This is not the main feature this weapon holds though. The prize of this little gem is the undetectable-by-sight pressure point on a lower portion of the metal pole that begins the unlatch system hidden within the thick metal to unleash the blade inside. A trap-door like section curls back inside the rounded pole to unleash the first metal bar, which in turn releases the one within that one, and so on until the scythe is at full length. The blade itself is about five feet long and as sharp as it could possibly be seeing as how it is hidden away from any elements that could dull the blade in open air compared to other scythes. Upon pressing the pressure point again, a metal string hidden within the center of the blades is tugged on by a pulley inside the black metal pole and hides it away inside again. Once the blade is completely back, the trap-door piece of metal secures itself back into place. On the backside of the pole, there is a long thin piece of metal slightly separated from the black metal so that her weapon can be used as a long-handled axe as well.

@Apple: I don't really have any qualms with it save for one. If the weapon in her hands weighs 10-20lb, how exactly does it end up dropping her speed by half? If that were the case, I'd gather she'd just as well be subjected to the full weight of the weapon. Just as well, I can't see this weapon weighing 400lb, even with its relatively large size. 150 sure, but 400lb is kind of a lot.

The main 'customization' for this weapon is supposed to be the fact that its weight is to be too much for 'normal' shinobi. Higher ranking shinobi would have no problem handling the weapon because of their training, but those of her own rank and under are supposed to have trouble with it so if something happens and her weapon is taken from her, they won't be able to use it in a fight against her. Kind of a different version of the Samehada sword Kisame uses. It triggers when someone other than him tries to use it. Do you have a suggestion about how I can go about this?

The easiest way to accomplish this is to redesign the weapon description so that what you've described is the highlight of the application. Before it seemed somewhat glossed over, which was why it didn't really make sense to me. But if you gave the ability a set chakra cost or multiple costs for varying weight increases, you could say increase the weight of the weapon by x2, x3, etc depending on the cost of using the ability. EDIT: Well, there's actually an easier way of doing this apparently. Hinote Tosatsu The weight aspect of Apple's weapon can easily be achieved with a gravity seal and security array Said array could be made in game by explaining it to Lilly, since she's capable of making it, or added right to the weapon application if you and Apple agreed to it.

Sorry this took me so long, I've been a bit busy of late. What do you mean by the cost of the weapon would be higher? As it currently stands, we've yet to add actual pricing to custom weapons so it wouldn't really cost anything as of yet. I'll approve the application as long as you have the one shinobi in Kumo who's a sealing master create the seals themselves. That way you already have the weapon itself, you just need to perform enough missions/get enough gold to pay to have the seals engraved into the weapon. Hell, depending on what you're charged or how, you may just end up paying for the weapon after the fact by taking a percentage of gold from each mission and paying off what is owed, or you may even be asked to just perform some tasks instead of paying in gold depending on what you and the other RPC agree on. It can still be collapsible though, but I'd like to start having custom weapons characters under a certain starting rank get approved actually be obtained in game.

Weapon Type cost + Equivalent Ninjutsu cost = Custom cost Or that's how I originally planned it anyways. (That particular "Policy" was made with the original rendition of the currency system, which was made way back when for the XRP.)
