Kanri Soushitsu no Jutsu (Control Loss Technique)
"Well now that i have the other jutsu down I guess ill try this one out. I think this is quite funny though and this will be pretty embarrassing I think" Kano said laughing histerically. Kano began to focus chakra into his palm to form a small ball of electricity into it. He could see some sparks in his palm but nothing close to the real deal.

"Ah i just remembered I will not be able to try this out either unless I have any volenteers?" Can asked in a dis belief of the answer being yes. Kano focused his chakra into his hands once again hoping to create a more shaped and difinitive looking raiton ball shape in his hand and little did he believe he could start to see it forming. Kano was suprised and got a little too excited that it had dispersed when i forgot to concentrate.

Kano knew he was really close to completing this jutsu and was very stoked for it. KAno mentally prepared himself. Then as he began to concentrate chakra into his palm to form seeing the electrical ball forming. Kano continued to be focused and as soon as it came through, it started to get bigger and formed completely. KAno stood up holding this ball of electricity from his jutsu any takers on the loss control technique" He said with no hope at all "Ah I didnt think so".

Sosay walked into the training field and walked over to a place in the trees, where nobody else was. Setting up a few training dummies. Taking a few steps back, she pulled out a couple of kunai. glancing at each one, she quickly fired them off. Each finding it's target, right on.

He leaned back against the tree, dark blue eyes pinched shut as he waited for the world to become focused and stop spinning. Hearing Kano yell, Craig frowned and looked over to the genin. "Shut the hell up." He growled out, loud enough for the other to hear.

Inazuma Dorobo Raiden heard Aoi's question but was still looking through his bag. "Yeah I'm an Uchiha I guess I should have mentioned that earlier huh?" He sits down and thinks for a while. "Come to think of it I don't even have my sharingan yet."

Aoi Sighed, then nodded. "Maybe, but that doesnt matter, really...At least I dont really think it does..." Aoi knew this sounded rude, so she switched the subject. " What scroll are you looking for? I own some extra Katon scrolls if that helps."

It is also known as the uchiha's red eye, and increases the user's movement. To gain the uchiha must get into a life or death situation, and to survive it.' Well that's not a good way to get a bloodline.." Aoi frowned as she read it allowed.

"Yeah those were the scrolls I were looking for I probably left them home anyway." He puts his books back in his bag. "But yeah that's the only way to achieve the bloodline. That or through stressful situations. Whats with the book anyway?"

"Oh this? this is a book a librarian gave me a a gift on my birthday. It contains all the bloodlines and village standards of the ninja world....I had one about biju too, but it was stolen on me.." Aoi frowned because she remembered it in the market area, and that it was covered in lava.

Axel stepped unto the training grounds once again, the temperature in the area decreased slightly with every step he took. His fierce and piercing eyes scanned the entire area, his only thought was the morals and personalities of the people in the area. He merely stayed back and watched them carefully, analyzing their skills and abilities.
