I need to learn some raiton jutsu. Dude Im a smoke shifter.I can just float out. I'm gonna read that bloodline just to be sure...

Smoke Instantaneous Body Skill:
An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a cloud of smoke. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport himself there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used in the same post if the shinobi has attacked or defended.
Tada! this is a chunnin jutsu, and seeing as you don't have anyone in your bloodline in Suna, you can't learn it.

Thats a rule not a jutsu. look, most he can do right now is stick his legs out, and that's only if he know the technique, look, if you wanna play like that, I'll just have kir possess your body or something, and make you run into the wire, cancel the jutsu, and I'll get off with burns, and you go boom. plus you try that gas thing, and I'll hit the edge, i accidentally made it so if one of us hits the wall, the entire 10 foot area goes boom... I really didn't think that one through well... Edit: and post, stop stalling! gonk I waited 6 hours for you to get on! scream I want my time's worth, and I have to get off in an hour!
