Ieyasu grinned at the pair. He was glad that they were good enough for what Foenix needed them for, whatever that was. "No problem. It was the least we could do in return for that salve."
Osu trumpted loudly in reply, before clacking his beak happily. They liked them! They liked the pretty blue ribbons! Delighted, he circled around Foenix, his wings raised and his head held proud. Looking up at Nehanda twirling about, he chirruped happily again.
As Foenix said her goodbyes, Ieyasu gave a nod. "See you later, then." Grinning, he looked down at Osu."Alright you. Let's get going."
Chirping again, Osu moved to follow Ieyasu, folding his wings back down. Now, back to that red ribbon.

The sun was not long past its highest point when Osero stepped out of his cabin. He had returned late last night, and had slept away the last few hours. At least the centre had plenty of food for now. The air was warm, the weather bright and he had a good part of his book left to read.
He liked reading, when he had the time. Especially the ones about dragons and knights and adventure. The old legends, and stories based around them were always interesting. Brian used to tell him the stories of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, and he had always loved those.
Looking around, he decided to find a nice spot to sit down at the side of the large Community centre. Propping the fish spear up beside him, he sat down and found where he had left off the last time.
This particular series was one that he was really enjoying. Lots of knights, a dragon or two, intriguing characters and plenty of plot. The first one, had held him right up to the very end. This next one, Clash of Kings, was proving just as good. He'd have to ask Alyosha if he could try to track down the next one for him soon.
Settling down, he began reading. It wasn't long before he was totally engrossed in the novel, oblivious to everything else going on around him.

It had been awhile since the girl with the green satchel and larger Aernadir Pueblo had stepped into the Centre. Fae's wooden sandals cluncked against the paved pathway as she neared the building. However, something sitting outside caught her eye and headed towards it.
Pueblo walked beside her in a frisky manner, carrying her coy plush in her beak. She was eager to play with someone she knew, but as soon as she walked in farther, she spotted Osero and her ears flew up. Dashing behind Fae, it almost appeared that she was afraid. Buit how could she be afraid when he had done nothing wrong..?
Fae, too, saw Osero who looked deeply into a book. Smiling somewhat admirtaly, she pondered what it could be before walking over noisely. Clank clank clank. However, she caught herself before she could inturrupt him, and instead, she took a seat beside him. Watching Pueblo watch Osero caught her attention and soon called her upon her lap.

Osero's ears twitched as the sound of footsteps clunking against the paved ground reached him. Normally, he would have heard such an approach from a good way off, but being so caught up in the book, he didn't realise until the last moment.
As he looked up, the new arrival sat down next to him.
"Ah.. hello Fae." He smiled faintly, glancing down at the little gryphon in her lap. "It has been some time. How are you?"

Fae smiled as Osero greeted her warmly. Maybe it was too sudden to sit next to him...but then again, she felt she had a stronger friendship between him than the other adult Aerandir. "Yes, it has. I've been gathering data on different..wolf speices," she slowly said, observing his wolf features. "I think I made a mistake in my studies, but it's nothing that's not easily fixable!" She grinned bashfully down into her lap, petting Pueblo who was preening herself.
Pueblo's ears twitched upward as Osero asked how she was. Or at least, she thought he addressed her. Ears lowering back into place, she cocked her head slightly and studied the book in his hand. Ooh! She reconized her keeper always reading those too, and Twizzy! Was it her keeper's? A...book, was it called? Stepping out of Fae's lap, she clambered her way over to Osero and stopped at his thigh. Craning her neck upward, she remembered how tall he was again. Her foot paws shuffled backwards a little as if ment to sway, but shook her head and ruffled her wings. Giving a femme hoot, she cried towards the book. Did that too hold a picture of her in it? Maybe it was Fae's! But how did he get her book..?

Foenix walked slowly up the path toward the Centre. It wasn't that she didn't want to be there; she really did! But her little companion was a bit slow of foot . . .
Nehanda toddled along beside her, hand clasped firmly in Foenix's. The woman had discovered that, if she failed to keep a good grasp on the little child, she would likely run off at any minute, for any reason. There might be a butterfly flitting along-side the path, or there might be a flower or plant that she didn't recognize. Or she simply wanted to declare her independence.
Just like any other young child.
As they neared the Centre, Foenix recognized a familiar form. "Fae!" she cried. "Afternoon!"

Keilin anxiously trudged along the path to the Centre along with the glowing jar grasped tightly in her arms. She cradled the jar in a careful manner, as if it meant all the world to her. She was a bit nervous at first about going to the Centre and meeting all these new people who knew each other but not her, but her days spent fooling around, not tending to the jar, made her realise that her future Aerandir needed company.
She saw several figures among the small crowd near the Centre. A couple of them were unhumanlike, so Keilin assumed that they would have been Aerandir. She tensed, knowing there were Aerandir about. She hasn't exactly gotten to know what one acted like, and didn't know how she would portray herself like in front of one. She murmured to herself like some crazy woman and caught herself just in time; she had promptly arrived in front of the keepers of Aerandir and the Aerandir themselves.
She bit her lip as she opened her mouth to greet them. "Hello, everyone..." she said shyly, having heard one of them greet another in a friendly manner, knowing that she hasn't befriended anyone on this island as of yet.

Fae watched Pueblo studying the older Aerandir. It was strange- she always seemed drawn to him once you got past her unusual shyness. Perhaps it was because she saw a likelyness in him. Smiling wistfully, she too began to trace the percise lines of his strange white markings dorn on his arm.
Pueblo finally climbed onto Osero's leg and tried to get into his arms for a better look at the book. But before anyone else could detect (or at least Fae) the sounds of nearing footsteps caught wind of her ears. Reconizing the red-furred human her keeper always hung around, the little odd looking human stole her attention. Befuddled, she tried to decide whether it were human, Aerandir, or other unkown creature. It seemed familiar... Squirming away from Osero, she fluttered her wings and flew a foot ahead. Sitting there, she cocked her head this way and that, trying to decipher what the familiar creature was. She was oblivious to the other approching human, unfamiliar, all of her attention was focused on...Nehanda..?
Pueblo's movements were signs of something nearing their way. Looking past the griff, Fae stared straight ahead at Foenix and the...child Aerandir? Suddenly, as the two approched, her jaw dropped and shoulders slumped. She looked like someone slapped her in the back with a powerful blow. Scrambling to her feet, she jumped over eagerly. "Foenix! Look at her! She is just about the cutest thing I have eer seen!" She squeeled like an excited schoolgirl. "And look! There's the beads I gae you!" She grinned and plucked one dangling from a ribbon. Squatting down to eye level of the child, she smiled widely. "Hey, Nehanda," she calmly said, but couldn't help but break a grin and look her over. "Oh, wow! What a tool you have there," she refered to the sickle.

Osero smiled down faintly at the Aerandir, before closing his book over. He'd have to find out the outcome of Tyrion's plan later. Hearing somebody else approach, he glanced up, looking past Fae. One of the other guardians. And one with a child Aerandir? My, they were growing up quickly. A slow grin spread over his face as he studied the little fawn-coloured child for a moment.
As Fae exclaimed over the young one, Osero noticed somebody else approaching. He had never seen this human before. New arrival here perhaps? Or maybe a visitor? Ah, a jar with artefacts. A new guardian then?
She seemed a little shy and unsure, but she greeted everyone nonetheless. Smiling over to her, the hunter Aerandir replied. "Hello there."

Yakobi packed up her bag, she'd head off to explore the area today. After packing some supplies she grabed the two jars off her desk and placed them fimly in her shoulder bag. Closing her bag she slung it over her shoulder and pushed ehrself out the door.
She glanced around, lush green grass and beautiful flowers seemed to have swarmed around the area, none the less it was quite nice to walk out into. She pushed her hand into her bag, being careful not to knock around the jars. Finally she felt what she had been looking for, a single piece of paper. She pulled it out and opened it up, a map of the island.
The girl placed her finger upon a spot on the map and moved it around trying to find the best routes to go and where exactly would be a good spot to go to. Deciding to herself she would to head towards the center. Kicking along a peble as she walked along the path to the center she began to hum lightly to herself, constantly looking at her bag making sure the jars were safe.

Suddenly unsure, Nehanda hid herself behind Foenix's legs. Grinning shyly, she peeked around and waved at Fae, Pueblo, Osero, and the other human she didn't know. As Fae approached her, however, she giggled and shook her head a bit so that the beads swung gayly from side to side, clacking against each other. " 'Lo," she said.
Foenix couldn't stop her own smile. "Yup! Just the other day. Isn't she amazing?" Reaching down behind her, she nudged Nehanda so that the child would stop hiding. "Honey, you know almost everyone here, remember? There's Fae, and Osero, and that's Keilin there. And you love playing with Pueblo, remember?"

Fae grinned at the shy little girl dangling by her mother's arms. Looking up as her feet followed suit, she stood up and looked excited. "She must be overwhelmed by looking at the world in such a new form," she thought outloud. But just as she spoke, two other people she had never seen before approched them. She gazed beyond Foenix's shoulder and rose a brow. "Oh, hello. Are you guys...new?" They must have been the ones on the ship last night or so. Giving them a friendly smile, she stook her hand out. "Names Fae, and this is my Aerandir, Pueblo," she pointed to the gryphon.
"Peep!" She suddenly blurted out. It was her friend! Fur brisking on her tail and ears standing up eagarly, she ran over hyperly and skidded behind Nehanda. She was solid again! And..different looking. Very different...but oh! She remembered this! Immediately she started picking at her saggy tail as her tail wagged behind herself like a propellor.

Nehanda gave a high-pitched giggle and moved away from Foenix. Peublo! Yay! Of course she remembered her friend; Mommy Foenix was being a silly goose. Reaching out, she gently hugged Pueblo, instinctively bringing one hand up to scratch in just the right spot behind Pueblo's ears.
Foenix smiled at Fae and nodded. "I'm sure you're right. It's taking us both some getting used to. Yesterday, she tried to walk through the wall like she has for the past week or so."
Straightening, she smiled in welcome at Keilin. "We've met, but you probably won't recognize Nehanda. She just achieved Child stage a few days ago."

As she continued down the path the girl started to hear voices. She stoped in her tracks listening carefully to what they were saying. Probably more Aerandir owners. She adjusted her shoulder strap, and steped out. She could see not to far off what seemed to be some people.
Clearing her throat she pressed forward, stoping when she was close enough to the group of people. "Sorry to interupt." the girl said giving a smile.

Foenix turned her head and looked over her shoulder at the newcomer. "Not at all," she smiled. "You must be pretty new to the island, right? Welcome. I'm Foenix."
Nehanda glanced up from Pueblo. She was starting to feel a lot more comfortable around the many people, and a genuine smile brightened her cute little face. "Heyo," she greeted the girl approaching them.
