The ranks that are higher than you has spent just as much time as you and more online in their days and have earned their ranks. Now if you don't see them online as much, they are probably doing quite a bit in real life that takes them away from the guild, I know of probably at least a dozen of the higher ranking members that are busy or having some severe problems in real life at the moment, which of course we can't do anything about and it's understandable. But you've only been with the guild a few days and haven't seen everyone check in and everything yet, so automatically assume that pretty much the whole guild is inactive, not knowing everything that's going on and expecting a rank upgrade already since you've posted quite a bit already in a number of threads. But rank upgrades don't come often in the guild and I wouldn't expect one soon with being such a new member." "You know, you could think about putting together a larger RP in the Wasteland Subforum which would involve others, you'd just have to plan it out well to actually attract people, make sure it has a good storyline, along with getting it approved. But you'd have to keep up with the RP for it to succeed in the long run. But anyways, permission granted to ask another question."

"The setting of the guild is a base surrounded by a desolate wasteland, which most of the world has the same environment because of a wide-scale nuclear assault between all countries, which tore all lands and countries apart, leaving them to be nothing but radiated wastelands. But people hid in vaults to survive the nuclear weapons, which are large structures built to take direct impacts against nuclear explosions and house alot of technology that was meant to be saved from the nuclear weapons, so that all technology wouldn't be lost. So we try to salvage technology from vaults so that they don't fall into the wrong hands and to use that technology to better ourselves and the world around us, making us in a way, the saviour of the wastelands. We're not the only place left on earth, it's still the whole world map, but alot of the world is nothing but a wrecked wasteland. Of course, some survived on the surface, some got mutated which is kinda what we call "Ghouls", then creatures mutated from the radiation. But vaultborne humans are not stronger, just smarter than the ones who survived outside the vaults. The ones who survived outside are usually far more stronger due to the harsh conditions. As for yourself, you get to select what type of human you are or other race. The reason we don't explore past the old United States area is mainly because it stretches us too thin and it also takes up alot of valuable resources to travel around, but we have explored all the way from the West Coast to the East Coast, not everywhere, but we've explored certain places stretching from coast to coast because of large RPs that we've had in the past. Our location is around the middle of the old United States, near the Rocky Mountains in the event that you was wondering. Now, I trust that you have no further questions?"

Also, thank you for the generous comment, I like to try and think that I'm a pretty good leader, but sometimes my self confidence fails me in that regard, I just try my best, probably one of the reasons that the guild has been around approaching on three years, many don't have the patience to stick with leading something that long. I mean, I was 18 years of age when I started this guild and now I'm 21 years of age, a long time in my book and sometimes it's mind blowing that it's been that long. sweatdrop

Yeah, but alot of the members that's higher in the ranking ladder is in the late stages of high school, just got out, or already in college or just working jobs, that sort of thing because alot of the members who make it to the higher ranks are people of older age with more responsibilities in real life, like you will be one day.
