I'm 25 years old, and I'm from Nova Scotia (in Canada). It'll always be "home" for me, but I've been living in New Brunswick for the last 5 years.
I don't think I could ever live too far from the ocean.
I've never been very athletic, although I enjoy sports. The competition is what never appealed to me. I'm also a bit on the lazy side. Still, I run almost every day to stay in shape.
I am primarily vegetarian, and rarely eat meat. I was completely vegetarian for about 10 years, but gradually reintroduced meat products into my diet, just to have more options.
I'm a bit of a caffeine-addict, but I've tried to cut down on my intake significantly.
I love to read, especially sci-fi and fantasy books. Speculative fiction in general, really.
I speak two languages, et si tu veux me parler en français, c'est super.
Here on Gaia, I mostly stick to my guilds. I can usually be found in the Gaia GSA trying to keep the various members from going for each others' throats. I change my avatar frequently, and it's quite common for me to cross-dress. (Only on Gaia; I have zero interest in cross-dressing in real life. razz )

I'm Kira, I'm going to be 23 years old tomorrow, and I've been on Gaia for..... Gosh, I can't remember. About five or six years, maybe? Probably more like five.
I don't have much in the way of black clothing in reality, but I consider myself to be a goth, mostly due to style of poetry, artwork, etc. I do intend to dye my hair black, eventually, though.
I suffer from depression, and I have high-functioning autism, meaning I can communicate with people and function in society, but I'm just really awkward. Loud and/or high-pitched noises, bright lights, flashing lights, and other things that most people wouldn't care about are actually physically painful to me. It's called "sensory overload".
I also have synesthesia, which is when one automatically associates a certain sense with another sense or sees it together. For example, certain sounds correspond to certain colors or smells. Same with numbers and letters. For me, the number 7 has an association with the color red. I don't know why. The smell of peaches and vanilla makes me think of orchestral music. It's odd, but it's quite enjoyable at times.
Anyways, here I am, and there's not much to tell about me, except that I enjoy drawing, reading, writing, and other such creative activities. 3nodding

• I'm a twenty-one year old American female.
• I've been going out with my current boyfriend for 2+ years and we're hoping to move in together soon!
• In junior high school, I wanted to play Dungeons and Dragons with the boys in my homeroom, but they wouldn't teach me. They said I wouldn't understand the rules.
• Even though I'm pretty tiny and adorable, I'm pretty straight forward when it comes to the sexy times and enjoy such times immensely.
• In high school, I had a small crisis in which I made out with a female classmate and almost went all the way until she got cold feet and pretended to fall asleep.
• When someone yells at me (anybody), it triggers some kind of weird reflex in which my chest gets tight and its hard for me not to cry. I blame my father.
• I've been doing yoga to try and get rid of my love handles. It made my hips bigger?
• I love hiking and rainy days. I love walking barefoot and have calluses the size of Alaska.
• The only craft - y thing I can do is to knit. However, the only thing I know how to knit are scarves. I currently have seven scarves and nobody wants anymore...
• I would like steampunk if I understood it at all. I'll just stick to cyberpunk and kissing better than your mom.
• I love reading! But, I tend to only like weird books and action novels. I am lame.
• If you looked at my mp3 player, you would probably think I'm hipster. But, I was hip before hip was for hipsters.

Seriously. Dragons are awesome.
I have an open mind, or at least try to keep an open mind. I don't like to judge people's preferences, though I will probably end up looking at certain people for their oddities and wonder "What was that person thinking?!"
Did I mention I like dragons?
I did? Oh.
I once helped a guy who dressed in drag, and I didn't even think anything of it. Proud moment of my life.
If you were to ask me a question, I'll either not answer it, or answer truthfully. So, if there was something you wanted to ask me, you can do so.
Dragons. Awesome.
I also like Harry Potter, movies, reading books, the Sword of Truth series, Avatar: The Last Airbender, James Cameron's Avatar, and other such awesomeness.

For me all smells and sounds are associated with a defined memory, but it's not the same at all for what you have. My name is Elizabeth. I was named after Queen Elizabeth I, and hope I hold the name well. I'm 22 and a Librarian at my state's capital library. I'm going to be graduating from college with my undecided degree because i have no idea what i want to do with life. Not single.. but I think it'd be better off that way. I love video games, table top games, D&D, cleaning, reading, A LOT of candles and incense, and socializing. I'm completely depressed from my childhood and going through a hard time with it. Currently going through therapy to see if I can be normal. YAY! I've been on Gaia for about 8 years, give or take. I like to think romance is real. I like to wish it is, at least. yum_strawberry

• I am Mentally Strong by physically weak.
• I have a lot of Unspoken Problems that you know know i have but not how many and what...
• i am more likely to listen to others and there problems then i am to talk of my own.
• i am easy to get along with and befriend but i still wont trust you for some time.
• i am a fast learner of games and personality's of people but never with advanced computer programs.
• i act speak "dumber" then normal as i dislike sounding smart unless required.
• I Prefer to be called by my chosen name and not my actual name which i rather Dislike at times...
• i am smarter then i would appear to be but commonly portray my self as never being so out of fear.
• more then normal i have the right words to say but commonly never say unless the advice is needed because of an unknown reason.
• i have a dislike of showing my true colours thus half of the above is accurately incorrect but the factors noted still apply to me as it create's confusion and an illusion in which i hide behind, uncontrollably...
• None of it can be helped...
• i am happy even when sad but i rarely show ether side as my emotions are unknown to me still.
• i once discarded my emotions and feelings, which turned out to be not so good of an idea as there unknown to me now...
• the img displayed with my my words when done so, displays my actual mood or feelings when saying something, more then normal it reflects what i feel when i say something, this isnt the case now though...

Heellllo.
- I am Tristyn. Yes, it is a guy's name with a funny spelling. Yes, I am a girl. It was gonna be my name however I came out when I was born.
- I'm an art student, but no, I am not snobby about it. I don't even really consider myself an artist.
- I wanna be an animator after I'm done with school. I enjoy the thought of making people smile that way.
- I have a dog named Ivan that weighs more than I do, scares the neighborhood, and is my big baby. <3 I can have growling fights from him while taking his favorite toys, and he'd never lay tooth, nor nail on me.
- I love videogames, even if I don't play them as much as I used to anymore thanks to time and money constraints. but I do love me some free MMOs. (Planetsiiiide 2~. I suck at it though.)
- I don't really do much else other than school.
- Even though I've lived in Ohio my whole life, I barely know anyone. I have many aquaintances, but no real friends.
- I love to cook and bake. Baking specifically. I can mod recipes relatively easily, and love introducing people to new things.
